Description of Work: For any garage door needs (repair or replacement) THIS IS THE GO-TO PLACE ! Prompt, professional, reliable, careful....and just plain common sense. Gus is SO easy to work with...an excellent communicator !!We called on a Friday afternoon, he scheduled and came Sat am, ordered a special color door, and installed it on Thursday. He made our experience a joy !

Description of Work: They were the first to respond. THey suggested replacing both doors so they'd match, which we are glad we did. We had a time issue and they delivered and installed in time. We're not quite sure we got the best price, but the others we contacted could not have delivered so quickly.

Description of Work: My garage door was broken and cars could not get out. I have a huge commercial size garage door. ASAP came out immediately to get the door open even though they had others jobs scheduled. He returned next day to repair.

I would use them again if necessary but would probably try to locate an alternative service provider.

+ 0 moreIt went great. He was eager to do the job, and did not waste any time. He removed old doors and took them away. Installed new doors, and new openers. He did a great job. When I called, I would get a quick response. He was working early in the morning till late at night. He wanted my business and my trust, and he did not disappoint. I would recommend him and use him again.

Description of Work: The old Sears motor went out on our garage door opener and they came out the same day. Gus showed me the worn gears and instead of selling me a whole new system he said just fix the gears. Very ethical and honest. He fixed it quickly and showed me how the old ball bearings in the track were misshapen, old and creating so much noise. It was well worth replacing the wheels that had the bad bearings. The door is so much quieter now! They cleaned everything up well, were very polite an friendly, and knew what they were doing. If your garage door is messed up give them a call!
