Description of Work: Owner Dennis Corcoran and his team have been landscaping (including stone work) and maintaining our 2 acre property for nearly 8 years. Recommended without qualification.

Description of Work: We had multiple projects, and issues. Dennis put in several (4, I think) french drains around the house, to divert water from coming into the basement/foundation. They work great, and after two basement-flooding-events, we have not had any further flooding problems even though we have had periods of heavy rain/snow. He also replaced a rock retaining wall with a treated-timber wall, after another company caused it to fall (due to their negligence). We will eventually have Dennis come back, and replace the other side of the wall; it is on both sides of a basement-walkout. Dennis also landscaped the entrance-way from the driveway to the front door. He added large stepping stones, pea-gravel, and beautiful plantings to grace the entrance. He also assisted with repairing the additional destruction (mild term) that another contractor did to the yard, in addition to the previously mentioned rock retaining wall. Dennis and his company also built a rock veneered double-mailbox at the end of the driveway that complimented the rock veneer work he added to the chimney, around a large bow window, and around the entire base of the front porch (up to the pillars of decorative woodwork). This rock-work accent really sets our home apart, and the mailbox is a "car-stopper". We were trying to replace the electricity wires from the house to the barn, and he offered to use his equipment to dig the trench for this replacement. This made the project go so much faster, and he was able to make the trench deeper, allowing us to do a better job when we replaced this wiring. We used Dennis over a period of three years for many projects; I am sure I have left out something. We definitely will hire him again.

Description of Work: Company did a good job with my landscaping but failed to install the landscaping irrigation properly. It took a lot of phone calls get the company to return to fix the problem. They never did fix it properly and I had to hire another company to fix the problem. I was promissed some additional plantings for the trouble but only some were delivered. Could not get the company to call me back after that so I gave up.

Description of Work: We did several things. We called him because of an emergency because we had bad flooding in the basement.. He came out and did French drains and water diversions.
