Since 1972, we have been building custom homes for families who have their own land, with home plans ranging from the $80,000s to $300,000+. Our Professional Building Consultants can help you choose from over 100 floor plans to fit your needs, and our design staff can re-draw any plan to better suit your lifestyle and budget. Each building and model center features a showroom where customers can select their roofing, cabinets, various counter top options, lighting, flooring, paint colors, siding choices, and much more. Over 350 professionals and 4,000 trade partners help make America's Home Place a quality custom home builder at an affordable price. Our network of building and model centers includes Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Virginia, Ohio and Mississippi.

money was returned for no work done and thankfully we moved on
Description of Work: nothing; over 3 months to get a plan that would give us the location of the home and drive on our lot, paid $500 for nothing more than chicken scratch on a piece of paper and got that only after we complained. We were told to "stick with the plans we offer, we can make changes', but their changes are limited and that's OK if you are looking for a cookie cutter home. They lead you to think that they will make any changes you want, we did not find that to be true
