+ -1 moreMeetings seemed good and productive. Once it boiled down to final price quotes of competing developers they suddenly withdrew as they didn't want to compete against other contractors. I was notified of this by a text message.

They were on time, clean-cut, respectful, didn't take a ton of breaks or chit chat - they just got right to work everyday and really took my visions and brought them to life. They really cared and listened to what I wanted. And they gave me a GREAT DEAL!!!! I would recommend them over and over, and of course, will be using them again in the future!!
