Shampoo an area of carpet approx 6'X9' in my bedroom...They have a base charge for any job and I understand that...It was a little pricey for what I had done, but the young man desperately tried to find other thing to do to give me enough service for my money. He did an EXCELLENT job! The area had pet stains and ALL were removed. My room smelled WONDERFUL!!! Dried VERY quickly...I was VERY pleased!

Took my car by for an estimate. Young man took picture..Forwarded it to his boss who called me the next day with the price. The seat was drivers side, down the side, about 4-5 inches long with exposed foam & some foam missing..The car is 10 years old and fabric had to be replaced. When I got my car back, I was ECSTATIC!!! It took ONE day, the seat looks BRAND NEW, and I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED!!! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!

Much better than I was expecting. I figured that the only repair I could afford would be to have them sew up the rip. But instead they replaced the entire panel, which covered about 1/4 of the front part of the seat back. It looks like new. My car is 25 years old, so I didn't think they would have fabric that would match what they were replacing. It isn't an exact match, but it's so close that I can't tell the difference unless I'm paying attention to it. I don't think anyone else would notice. The day I went there to make an appointment, he was already working on what looked like a back seat. The fabric was white. (Who puts white fabric in their car? Somebody with more money than me...) I was impressed that it was spotlessly clean even though he had clearly been working with it for some time. That one little detail won me over immediately. I was able to get an appointment within a week, The estimate was exact, and the work was done in just a few hours. I had to drop the car off and walk to work from there. It was raining that day, and he actually offered to drive me (it's only half a mile.) Al's is a small business that doesn't draw attention to itself. I've been passing it daily on my way to work for 15 years, sometimes more often than that, because it's local in my neighborhood. I never knew what kind of work they do until I looked for some place to fix my car seat. I suppose they get their business through word of mouth. They'll definitely get recommendations from me.
