Our technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. It didnâ t hurt that he look like a movie star too. Lol. I have only used them once, and he signed us up for a great deal of work. I hope that we will continue to be satisfied. But overall, it feels very good to know that our borrower cabin will be maintained without us having to worry about it. So the service contract, although pricey, should be well worth it.

Came spent 31/2 hours just gave me an estimate on what should be done. He did not clean add Freon nothing just did nothing. When I did not sign on to the recommendations he wrote, seemed to be annoyed and asked again to accept. I paid the 400 and he left. That is when I realized he did nothing, what on earth was he doing for 31/2 hours. Never use these people absolutely do not recommend them.

They are excellent. I have been the manager here for 6 years and I use them exclusively. He keeps up and going. He is upright, honest and thorough and timely. I tell him he makes me look good. I absolutely recommend him.
