Description of Work: NO SHOW. This company (Jack Warner) was recommended by a neighbor when I moved in to my new condo in Fall, 2009. He was mildly interested in our business when my husband called him. He made an appointment with us, but never showed up. Afterward, he refused to return multiple phone calls to him. Another new neighbor, told me she had the exact same experience with him in Summer, 2010. He has an "attitude" but continues to service some of my neighbors because he is cheap. I guess he has all the work he wants. I would never recommend him to anyone.

+ 0 moreI first engaged Jack to install a heat pump after getting estimates from three vendors. His was the best estimate and he was interested in explaining it all to me - the good, the bad and the ugly, as well as looking over my entire HVAC system and giving me an honest opinion. (as in, no, I did not need a new furnace!) Since then I have used him to install a gas log in my fireplace and have a service contract with him for all my HVAC needs. He is absolutely professional, friendly, courteous, responsive and a joy to work with. I highly recommend Air for Less.
