Graham was very responsive in doing the estimate and coordinating the job in a timely manner and responded to multiple requests for more information promptly. Zach was very professional, efficient,and considerate in doing the job. They all seemed very knowledgeable and made the best out of a bad situation.

Terrible. Mr Graham Binford said he didn't feel mold testing was important. He said he would treat all molds the same way. When I asked for him to do a mold test he didn't even have any testing equipment with him. He later sent in a proposal for almost $2000. for mold remediation. In fact I was able to remediate the mold myself and repair any damage for $50. in supplies and some clorox and water.

We were concerned about mold in our home. Graham Binford came out and looked in our crawl space and attic. Conducted air sampling tests. He was extremely professional, prompt and courteous. His follow-up was excellent. He was willing to work with us to help keep costs down. Would definitely use again, but hopefully won't need to!

I contacted them with concern of black mold. They came out and checked it out and told me that I could treat it on my own without any money spent. I appreciated their honesty and the fact they didn't make me spend money on something that I could resolve on my own. I wish all businesses were like this.
