Slava was fantastic. His estimate was half the cost and time of my other, and he did it even faster. He also quickly finished another request that I dropped on him while he just happened to be here. He was on-time and responsive.

On time, good work, would hire again.

Slava's response was immediate. He came right out to the house and corrected the problem. Very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The problem was corrected in almost no time. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend Advanced Electric to others.

Salvia got here on time and told me that his 1-hour time allotment actually began when he left his last job..and that was far away. So in the 20 minutes I had - he removed the under cabinet lights. Would not hire him again

He came and looked at the job several weeks ago and promised to get back to me the next week. He still hasn't contacted me, although I called after a week to ask if he was still interested.

That was good. They came and did some work.

This is the second job Slava has done for us, as the first, he was truly amazing! He even located the mystery beep that we have been living with for over a year!! It was one of our many smoke alarms that simply needed a new battery! After talking to a couple of other electricians who did not want to touch our high vaulted ceiling, Slava not only came over and did it, he did it very well.

Very well, he even cleaned up the shavings with a little shop vac!

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It was okay. It was not great and it was not awful. I will not use them again. It was expensive. I thought their price was really high. I had to pay about $400 above the price of the big deal. They came out fairly quickly after I purchased the deal. It was sort of a mediocre job. It is not that it was a bad job but it was a lot of money for much less work. They did not pay attention to detail. I am sure we could have made a much better deal had I just gone out and priced it.

He started by trouble shooting on the first visit which saved me some money. Then he installed wiring for a ceiling fan and the fixture, repaired a doorbell and installed another light. He spent some time looking at options and explained things which was very helpful. I will definitely use him again.

Slava was on time, very courteous and a very neat worker. I will use him again.

Went very well. Came out first for a quote of everything I wanted. The light fixture I bought had problems and he worked tirelessly to fix it. He was on time and came when he said he would and didn't leave till it was right. Even willing to come back out free of charge to replace the faulty part in my new light fixture.

I was smart enough to check out the promo before buying. After finding out how ridiculously high the estimate was I opted not to buy it. Thank goodness. But because of the way your survey is set up I had to answer all of the questions in the Rating section of the survey. I did not hire this particular contractor because of the ridiculously high estimate that was quoted. So I just answered all questions just so my comment can be viewed. The other members should be alerted before purchasing this company's promo. I was able to get my work done for $75.00 and Advanced Electric wanted $375.00!!!!!!

Everything was great. We will definitely contact this provided again for electrical work.

Got an Angies List deal -- $200 worth of service for $99. I asked Slava to review work I've done and planned to do and diagnose an issue with an electrical panel. We spent about 2 hours looking over things and talking and fixing a few odds and ends.

Our experience with Advanced Electric of WNC went very well. Slava Tumash, the only person we worked with (likely the proprietor,) was very responsive via text/phone/email. He provided a solid estimate after thorough inspection necessary work. His estimate was also a slightly lower than 2 other trustworthy competitors. Some unexpected complexities came up in the job. Slava problem solved very efficiently and effectively, letting us know every option, pro/cons, etc before going forward on the work. We trust his advice, recommendations and work. We are very satisfied with the results and would use him again, as well as recommend. And he's a super nice guy.

. It was GREAT AND FANTASTIC. Slava did all the work himself. He is a VERY friendly and professional man. He was very good at communication, calling us ahead of time, when he was on his way here, calling to make sure he bought the right items for us, and communicating details of his work. When he came the first time, he listened very intently, writing down exactly what we wanted him to do. He did not try to sell us what he thought we should have (like "Services Today" technician did when he came before Slava), but he listened to WHAT WE WANTED. He wrote down the details of what we requested, and then summarized it at the end, to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted, so that the estimate would be correct. He is very polite and friendly. He bought all the supplies for us. He worked very hard for two full days, getting our job done in a timely manner. He came quickly to do the estimate, and performed the work soon after that, and did not delay us, like some other companies were going to, which we called. Slava has a wonderful work ethic, working fast, and efficiently, all the while making sure he is doing what you requested him to do. He does not waste time, and is not slack. He is very considerate about being clean, and not having muddy shoes. The day he came was the day it flooded in the Fletcher area, and he had to go through mud to get to the house, yet he did not spread mud in the house. He cleaned up his work areas after finishing. I was working in the basement the same day he was there, doing some carpentry jobs, and he noticed I was having difficulty removing a metal strap from a joist, so he came over and removed it himself, to help me out. I had not even asked him for help. There were no surprises about the cost, his estimate was very accurate. He was very professional in his actions and in his estimates, bills, etc. They were all neatly presented, and emailed. He was considerate of our cats, making sure they did not get out of rooms they were in during his work. We were so impressed with him, that we will be calling him whenever we need electrical work done in the future. We have found an honest, hardworking, smart, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, code following, licensed, punctual, polite, efficient, and kind electrician.

Slava was very prompt and honest. Our roof slopes at an angle that made it extremely difficult to install the bathroom fan from the attic (which is probably why there was never a fan installed there for 30+ years), but he did an amazing job. He had to do some problem solving when it came to installing the switch for the fan, but he gave us a few options to choose our preference. The outlets in the kitchen are great and make life so much easier. The price seemed a bit high, but I have never hired an electrician and I just wanted this work done ASAP, so I didn't shop around. I bought an Angie's List deal for $200 worth of electrical work for $99, so my total out-of-pocket cost was just over $750 with a surcharge for using a credit card as payment.

Appointment for Mon service 9am tenant left due ill baby just as Advance arrived returned Tues found ground fault in kitchen tripped for dining room outlets reset by pushing button and left. Had to contact Advanced for bill & explanation of services finally received about week later by email. Normal rate for electrician work $40-$50 per hour. I paid $100 for $200 service. Meaningless when buyer not made aware of hourly rate. Feel fair charge $50 for missed service call and $75 for service call repair i.e. push button on ground fault outlet.

Prompt, excellent electrical work.....clean and effective.
