These guys are the real deal. On time, every day, without fail. Amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. Turned my super sad condo bathroom into something that I'm not going to find unless I go stay at a five star hotel. This was a total re-do. Floors, tile, lights, plumbing, toilet moved, tub replaced--all by the same crew. No having to schedule multiple teams and work around their schedule, A&O did everything and did it well. In and out in 10 business days. Super courteous, super professional. HIRE THEM.

They did an excellent job. The people who did the work protected our floors and bathroom from dirt and dust with coverings. They were efficient and neat. They completed the work within the time frame we agreed on. We are very pleased and recommend them.

The results turned out beautifully. The work was done promptly and economically and when it was completed, it was cleaned up satisfactorily. Cleanup is important. I am going to have them do some concrete work outside and also remodel my kitchen because they did so well.

I called General Construction of Asheville LLC. I didn’t get the members name. I shared what I was needing done and as soon as I said the Wolf Laurel area (Mars Hill) he gave a long breath. I can tell he had issues with possible driving up the road to Mars Hill. I was curious why, before I could talk further, click, I couldn’t finish my sentence. he hung up on me. wow, truly unprofessional generally would not post a review such as this but I thought it is important to let the Angies list member know and to be aware. Relationships are very important. How treat people is a reflection of you and your company.

Omar was there the same day I called. He gave me a fair estimate and started the work the next day. He gave me a superb work. I will use him again.

About four years ago we turned a large closet into a bathroom. After about a year, the tile on the shower floor came up. We contacted the original contractor and he replaced the floor. Then it came up again in late 2017. The original contractor never called us back after we left messages for him. A friend of ours recommended Omar Ramirez of General Construction of Asheville. We couldn't be happier with the work that Omar and his crew did. He re-sloped the shower floor so that it would drain properly and he caulked areas that should have been caulked before. He also used a much higher grade of grout than what was there before. I can't yet speak to the long-term results, but as Omar offers a lifetime guarantee on his work, I suspect that the floor will last for years and years. The contractor showed up on time and they finished on time and on budget. The work is very well done. I would definitely hire them again.

They did an awesome job with my shower and took pictures to post on their website. It came out beautifully and we had no issues. They were prompt, professional and worked full days to complete the job. They were also very creative in completely the job on my shower. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

It went quite well. The company is owned by Omar and I am impressed with how prompt, responsive, and how well they listen. Omar always responds to me by text within 10 minutes. when they say they are going to be here they are here and I don't have to worry about that. They listen to what I want and he does it. One of the tiles we used were patterned and they moved tiles and pointed out things I was not aware of or did not see for the best look. I was very happy with the job overall. They are also very polite, and courteous.
