Description of Work: Went great. big job. Had a tub leak that rotted flooring underneath. They had to remove garden tub, vanity & toilet. Put in new wood flooring. laid new linoleum and replaced tub, toilet & vanity. Put in two 6 X9 access panels for shower stall. My only issue is that there was a small amount of damage to drywall where molding was replaced and the screws used for the white access panels look to be black wood screws so they are not flush. To Mr. Thomas' favor to floor was not glued and the tack strip from the carpet to linolem was also laid with wood screws because my husband & I were on the fence as to if we wanted a new vanity installed and they kept it preped for our decision. They said to let them know and they will do what we want. This could be the reason for the wood screws in the access panels since it is a wall beside the vanity. We have had Mr Thomas and his company do a lot of other work for us in the past 2 years & are very happy. We live in a mobile home & work can be difficult but I have an issue in the future I will call them back. They have also replaced oue back deck and built a 10 X20 lower deck with partial privacy fence that we love. Great guys.

Description of Work: 10 X 20 deck off existing deck with partial privacy fence. did great job. love the deck. worked in serious heat, mud & a tight space since one side of the deck was a foot and less from a fence line. have enjoyed it for almost a year now. they were very professional, listened to what we wanted & made suggestions to improve quality. i would recomend them for any deck job. | |

It took a little while for them to get 3 days in a row to complete the project due to rain, but they had fixed the leak previously so the shower was usable and we didn't want to have three rooms a long term work in progress. They started on Wednesday and finished on Friday. I love my new bathroom and flooring in the laundry room. Makes a world of difference. The wall that had to be replaced in the bedroom was unexpected, it was covered in black mold on the inside, as well as the bathroom having to be repainted so they had to choose the paint themselves and did a great job. They also replaced our old wooden back-porch and installed a new backdoor with inside trim for $778.00. We are very happy with the work and would not hesitate to call Mr. Thomas and his team back for jobs we need done. They are very professional and trustworthy. We had Mr Thomas give us estimates for new laminate flooring in the living room and to redo the master bathroom which we plan to have done in the future. They even left us the unused laminate flooring in case we had to repair any areas we may damage.
Description of Work: Repairs from leak behind shower. In back bedroom-pulled up carpet and repaired wood flooring, replaced one wall with a new wall and painted to match existing walls, relaid carpet and treated edges for mold. In bathroom-pulled out tub/shower, vanity,fixtures and toilet. treated interior walls for black mold. pulled up flooring and replaced rotten wood flooring. installed new linoleum and trim. Painted all walls and re-installed tub/shower, toilet and fixtures. replaced old vanity with a beautiful, new and much larger custom vanity with new counter top and black splash. moved outlet to accommodate vanity. installed new plumbing for vanity and toilet. In laundry room-pulled up old flooring, replaced rotted wood flooring and laid new laminate flooring.

+ 0 moreThey were very professional seemed very knowledgeable about mobile home repair. They even went under our home to check all pipes. They made some suggestions on work that needs to be done and work that would be beneficial in the future. They gave us a good estimate on repair work work for water damage from the leak which was extensive. The access panels were helpful when the insurance came to view damage. Our next project with them will be to redo our old backdeck so it is safe for them to conduct the work they need to do. That was our idea not a suggestion from them. Will send more reviews as jobs are completed
Description of Work: Pulled back carpet in bedroom to expose water damage from a leak behind shower stall. Built access panels to repair the leak and make it accessible for future repairs. Fixed leaks and replaced carpet.

+ 0 moreThe existing deck came down with no problem. The construction of the screened porch took a little longer than anticipated, due to weather and delays getting materials. Also, the construction was difficult due to the slope. The contractor was very professional and knowledgable, offering suggestions that were helpful and that added to the functionality of the porch. The end result is a beautiful 12 x 20 foot screened porch that has exceeded our expectations. A and M Construction is a small local company who will also take on small projects and repairs.
Description of Work: The front deck was pulling away from from the mobile home due to unstable ground holding the footings. We decided to have the deck pulled down and a screened porch constructed to replace it.
