+ -1 moreDerek and the folks at VHEC saved our Christmas! We lost power very suddenly during the night and next morning Duke Energy said we had to have our meter box replaced. I got VHEC’s name from the Angi app. Derek returned my call immediately and understanding the urgency of the situation he swung into action! They obtained the parts, replaced the box, coordinated all the necessary county permits and inspections and had my box ready for Duke to restore the power by 3pm. Getting all that completed in 5-hours during the week of Christmas was nothing short of a miracle. The fact that they are competent, prompt, have great follow through and are good people makes working with them even better. Don’t hesitate to call Derek and VHEC!
