I wrote a review when Triad AC first came out and was very pleased. Two days after writing that review, our ac stopped blowing cool air. I called Triad back and they came back out, replaced the filter, cleaned around the outside unit and said it should improve. We have now had to shut down the ac completely because it is blowing warm air. I wanted this review to be a positive one; I really did. But now we are in debt over $2,000.00 and have an average house temp of 84 degrees. The first bill was $1900.00. When I called back and said the unit was no longer cooling, the second visit cost us over $200.00; which included replacing the unit filter, and a $50 charge for a repeat visit. Interestingly, the technician said that filter inspection and replacement should have been done on the first visit. No mention was made on the second visit of any other part of the unit being defective. I am frustrated, angry and broke. I feel that I've been taken advantage of and have no other options available to me to help with this problem. The Triad technicians themselves were very professional and kind. If I had known this was the kind of service I was going to receive, I would have used the funds to buy window ac units. I cannot recommend Triad for any service.

I had a big deal purchase for a $49 for HVAC inspection and I was able to use them. Actually they were just double checking our furnace that I had already installed and I wanted them to double check to see if those things are okay and they did that and said that everything was okay and so they didn’t have to repair anything or anything like that. Oh gosh, I can’t remember the exact date it’s been several months ago. It was in the last month I believe. At the moment I haven't had any problem within a month so I could see them. I think the price is good.

Triad HC was the best HC company I have worked with in this area. They are professional and very responsive to fmy questions. My old system was 20 years old so I knew I would need a system soon. They did a great installation and were very good at what they dol They kept me informed along the way. I really feel the difference in my home since the new system is in. Eric, the manager, is a knowledgeable young man and explained things completely. I would have no other company handle my HC from now on.

I found this company on Angie's List and since I haven't had my furnace inspected in about 3 years decided to try them out. The appointment was set-up for the day I had chosen. It was very easy to set up. Eric, with Triad Heating and Cooling, was right on time. I explained to him how the heating system would turn on, then off, then back on ,and would repeat the cycle before actually turning on . Was told cleaning should fix it right up. Approximately thirty minutes later he had the system cleaned and running in tip top shape like it should be.

They were prompt, friendly, professional, and did a very good job. They had to order the thermostats and came back in a few days to install them. At my request, they also checked the evaporator coil on the one heat pump which needed 5 lbs. of Freon and found a pinhole leak.

I was very satisfied with the results. They did an in-depth job, and I believe it was well done. The price was reasonable; I was expecting it to be much higher. They came right out and did a good job. I would use this provider again.

My old unit had given out so I hired Triad to install a new one. They did a great job with it. They worked quickly and quietly. They were also extremely nice and answered any questions that I had at all. I feel that this was one of the best companies I have ever had to deal with it. I would gladly refer them to anyone.

We had used this company in the past. We were very pleased with the work they had done for us. They are always very friendly and polite. They let us know exactly what they were going to be doing. They had the entire project completed ahead of schedule. They made sure we knew most everything about the new system before they left.

I really like the new furnace that they put in for us. It heats our home much better than the old one did and at not much more cost to us. The guy who came to our house got the old furnace removed and the new one installed in one day.

We had used this company's services many times in the past. We had used them to repair our furnace in our old home. We had no problems using them for our new central air conditioner for our new home. They treat us very well. They are always very polite and friendly. They show up right on time, every time. We highly recommend this company's services.

Both our air conditioner and furnace seem to work great. There have not been any problems with either one. Both of the units and the duct work was installed on the same day because they had several people working at the same time.

I am really happy with the service we got from them. They did such a great job of getting everything installed as quickly as possible. I think it took them about two days to have all of the work done and everything ready to use. Both our furnace and air conditioner work really well.

We have always been thrilled with the results obtained by them. The serviceman checked the unit over thoroughly and was very professional in his demeanor. He was also very honest as he didn't pretend that there were other issues that didn't exist like other companies do. He had our unit up and fully operating quickly and inexpensively.

Triad did a great job installing my new HVAC unit. I cannot comment on exactly what percentage my contractor gave to them for their installation work but I can tell you that in my relations with the company, I was pleased. They were polite to me at all times and presented themselves in a very businesslike manner. They worked together well to accomplish the task at hand and used a good teamwork approach to problem solving. I very much liked Triad and would highly recommend them to others for heating and air conditioning work. I feel quite sure that because I was so pleased, so too would others.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. THEY ARE REALLY A TOP NOTCH BUNCH OF PEOPLE. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND WORKED IN THE HEAT JUST SO WE COULD STAY COOL.
