After calling multiple plumbers and being told they will call me back with a time and price but never being contacted or returning my calls . Practical Plumbing answered the phone and came the next day to complete the job they were professional fair on pricing on time and empathetic to the fact we had no hot water in our new purchased house for 2 months. Excellent service. Service technician, was very personable and understood my concerns with replacing my hot water heater. He took the time to reassure me about the quality of the replacement water heater and explained the warranty provided by his company and the manufacturer. Long story short, he instilled Trust in his installation and service.

Roger and his team did a great job despite how cold it was. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a water heater replacement. They are courteous and informative about what they are doing.

Wonderful experience! We called on Thanksgiving day and immediately received a call back. Roger Kendrick will be the ONLY plumber we will use in the future and highly recommend him. Roger knows what he is doing and has a great crew. We had a collapsed sewer line and Roger was here the next day. He replaced the sewer line and worked from 8:00AM until 7:00PM in order to complete the job. He is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. His price is more than fair and he will be the ONLY plumber we will call in the future. Thank you Roger and crew.

Very pleased with the professionalism of this company. He took the time to determine the best possible solution to my problem. This resulted in the least amount of damage inside of my home due to a water mail leak.

The entire crew went above and beyond the call of duty on this very challenging sewer line replacement. They responded immediately to my request and were able to fit me in the next day since it was an emergency. They ran into a number of issues along the way due to the layout of my yard and the age of the house. But they just kept at it with no complaints. They ended up finding that the city was to blame for the entire problem due to a faulty hook up to the city line. They waited while the city reviewed the issue and worked well with the city team that came out to the site. I could not be happier with how the project turned out. Practical plumbing services now has all my future business.

Roger Kendrick the owner was honest, courteous and efficient. He did everything possible to complete the job with a quality water heater, excellent workmanship and great customer service. He did all that and managed to come in $1300. less than 2 other estimates I had received. He also left the work area spotless and removed the old heater. I highly recommend Practical Plumbing you will not regret the choice.
