Description of Work: They installed hardwood floors throughout my home. The project was supposed to take a week and the process with them ended up taking about five months. They kept getting pulled off our job to work on other jobs and this left my home in disarray. I asked that the project be completed in August. They did say they would lower the price but this has never happened due to them indicating they had lost a day's work. The owner was dishonest, promising things that never came through.
