Exceptional.
Description of Work: Installed new video card, cleaned unit, installed latest firewall and antivirus (which he has done everytime we have used him and at no charge). Have used him for around 5 years and have never had a problem. A couple of times when we thought something was wrong with the computer, he has inspected it and found no real problems (just needed cleaning up of the unit) and for a small charge $20.00) and/or no charge. Always calls to inform us of the problem, how much it would cost and when it would be ready. He is always ready, willing and able to educate you when you take your unit in and when you pick it up. He is top of line!!!

I THOUGHT HANNER COMPUTER SERVICE WAS GREAT. I AM A TOTAL IDIOT ABOUT COMPUTERS, AND THEY FIXED THE THING VERY PROFESSIONALLY, EXPLAINING EVERYTHING THEY DID WITHOUT TREATING ME LIKE I WAS STUPID.
