This is an update on some complaints that I had with Window World. The owner of the company came to my house to look at my issues. He was very nice and cooperative. He sent his installers to repair all of my complaints. Window world went above and beyond to satisfy my issues. I would highly recommend Window World. They stand behind their products. The job could not have gone better. The crew was professional and attentive to detail. They were on time, reliable and knew their stuff. We highly recommend them.

The work was done smoothly and well. The workmen were extremely professional and competent. The only difficulty we encountered was in initial scheduling.

While the six house windows were fairly standard and straight forward, it was the eight sunroom windows that we knew would be challenging. The Window World sales rep specifically pre-requested one of their installers for this job and we are so thankful he did! While the windows went in fairly easy, it was the new exterior molding/wrap and interior molding that were so time consuming. The installer carefully walked through different ideas for both in and out and listened to my ideas as well. He told me his goal was to make sure it was done right and to my satisfaction the first time. Our new windows are high quality, have instantly warmed our home, and were a great value for the money. I would highly recommend them for your next window job!

Great! They did a great job, easy to work with. (I can't remember the exact dates that they did the work for us.)

Excellent product and service.

Gave estimate, installed siding, replace some wood, cleaned up after themselves, looks great. Good experience from beginning to end.

they arrived within their time frame , and replaced 11 windows in slightly more than 5 hours. they were very pleasant, and helpful with my questions, seemed to work well together, and cleaned up. good job.

We bought a house with the original windows - single pane. We wanted to save energy and get rid of the extra chill the old windows provided. From beginning to end, our experience with Window World went well. In many ways, they exceeded our expectations. For example, we decided to convert the old living room bay window into a flat picture window with side sections that let in fresh air. This room seemed especially cold too many days of the year. After Window World, we could tell a big difference in that room. One craftsman (Rick, I believe was his name) did the work himself, since his helper was ill. We are grateful and have allready sent them a written thank you.

Great Salesman - worked around our needs. Punctual. Very friendly. Products were of excellent quality. Loved the finished product. 5 stars out of 5 stars!!!

They were terrible. I had ordered several windows and they never got down to making it right and they had to go on remaking them. It took them one entire year to get it right. They were just plain old windows. They are the largest widow operators here. I called the main manager for this whole division and he would not call me back. They are on TV advertising. The staff that came out was very good but the management fails. Their price was competitive. They were not absolute cheap. They need to perk up. I will not use them in the future. I have another $3000 to $4000 job but I would not go back to them.

They showed up on time for the installation. They were respectful of my home. I am very satisfied with their service. I haven't had any problems with the windows since they were installed.

It was an excellent experience. The measurements taken by the salesman were dead-on. The match of the "look" of the windows to others in the house was very close. You can immediately tell what a quality product Window World's windows are. The installers were expert and neat. You could immediately tell they knew what they were doing, both in the removal of the old windows (by not damaging the existing trim) and in the installation of the new windows. The delivery and installation were well within the timeframe estimated by the salesman. It's always great when the best price and best product and service are in the same package. I'd recommend these folks without qualification or hesitation.

They came out when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and they did everything very efficiently. We had several estimates and their estimate was the best.

The first job went well, easy to do business with them, the installer was GREAT, tidy, quick, cleaned up after himself, very professional. Turns out the guy who wrote the job up failed to sell me what I asked for - windows that would qualify for the tax credit. Second job solved that, as that salesman (Thomas) wrote up that job correctly and I did get my tax credit, so in the end, no problem. I do understand that the first guy is no longer there. Thomas was extremely helpful and creative in helping me configure windows to save money and achieve the ventilation I was trying to. They also really worked hard to get my install done before the year was over, and that was very helpful. The install job was quite difficult, huge windows in the top of a 20' high room, in a blizzard, but they worked every day all day until they had it done and never left with anything open or unfinished in the house. The installer on the second job - Jeff - was excellent, very aware of trying not to disrupt our home, extremely hard working, and cleaned up the work site every day. Thomas worked with him on the install. They had to build several modifications and replace a rotten sill. $1,000 of my bill was for "extra labor" which seemed excessive originally, but as I watched what they had to do, I think I got a deal. They even rehung my huge blinds.Spending 20k on windows in two jobs this year was stressful, but they really did a good job for me, the product was excellent, and you could not ask for better contractors. I also appreciate the no BS sales pitch when I got the bid.

They were competitive price wise, but I ended up going with another company. However, I had absolutely no problems with Window World. They were fully responsive and professional.
