Fabulous! Exceeded expectations!

First off the sells staff were very helpful and without any pressure. They gave us a very timely appointment to measure and then presented us with a quote. After we agreed they schedule the work to our convenience. The workmen and the owner/plumber were all very nice. They were very considerate of our home, being careful and cleaning up. They completed the job in less time than expected and it looked great. We are very happy with the new shower.

It was a great experience. One glitch and it was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. Brian was very accommodating and Scott was great to work with. This was an overall very good experience and I love my shower. I have referred several people to them.

The work was GREAT. The house is 30 years old and the Master Bath had not been updated in 30 years. They came quickly to review the work effort and provide an estimate for stripping and disposing of all fixtures and cabinets, repairing and painting the walls, installation of a new walk-in shower, installation of new vanity and cabinets, installation of new toilet, installation of new ceiling fan. They worked with me to review my initial designs and made some excellent suggestions. The actual work was scheduled quickly and completed within the estimated 5 days. All workmen were professional and eager to please.

Terry, the salesman came to the house and laid out all the possibilities for the bath, and helped us make our decisions for what we wanted and needed. Scott, the installer, was punctual and neat as he set about his work..Bryan, owner and plumber was cordial and great to work with. We decided to add another safety bar so that was ordered and installed as soon as it arrived. Overall a very positive experience. Would highly recommend.

The provider actually arrived sooner than predicted which was great for me. They laid painter cloths throughout the floor area inside the house that would be affected by the dust. They tried to keep bathroom enclosed by closing door during the work but there really was cement dust everywhere. It was an incredibly messy job and I am sure they did what they could to keep it down but that was the only negative I would say about the job. I was also surprised that so much of the grout was still needing to be cleaned up when the tile guy left, but that may be expected. They did a lot of the sawing work outside and in the garage which left quite a mess which they attempted to clean up but the garage was not left the way I would have expected. When the faucet did not work properly, Brian came back immediately to fix it and it is now in perfect working order. Brian even fixed a noisy toilet that had nothing to do with the job that he was being paid to do. I felt that he and his subcontractors were very responsive to my concerns and worked hard to give me a wonderful new bathtub. They are entirely professional and great about follow up. I would definitely recommend them for bathroom renovation.

My wife is very happy with the new shower! Two Day is an excellent outfit from Terry the Estimator to Scott the installer and last but not least; Brian the Plumber (and owner). They did a great job, were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to work with. Plus they offered an outstanding warranty on their work. And now we come to the heart of the experience. It's easy to be a hero when everything goes right ... but the true measure of any company is how they handle themselves and their customers when something goes wrong. And something did go wrong. A wall mount body jet part failed when it was reinstalled. I'm happy to report that Two Day totally stepped up to the plate, replaced the part and completed the repair at no extra cost to us. I'm happy to recommend them to everyone.

We had been talking about this "aging in place" project for some time but could not find the exact kind of service provider we wanted. When we did find Two Day Bath and Shower in a phone book, we went directly to their showroom where Nikki explained their services and showed many samples of materials and designs She gave us the contact for Terry Kirby their sales consultant. so we could make an appointment directly. This we did. Terry politely called and asked if he could come earlier which pleased us very much. His laptop presentation of all the designs and styles provided exact pictures of our choices so it was very easy to decide. He gave us a time frame for the materials to be ready and made a tentative installation date. Scott arrived precisely on time and spread drop cloths, helped us take down art work in the hall and on walls opposite the bathroom walls. He set to work and soon Brian arrived with more materials. Brian is the master plumber and carefully went through all the procedures for selecting and purchasing the items we wanted. They both kept working, consulting with us as necessary, and by the afternoon of the second day, they were cleaning up, helping put back art work and loading up all the debris. After thinking about this project for so long, we could not be more satisfied with their excellent work. And everyone at every step of the way was so nice, polite and ready to explain anything we asked about. You can't go wrong when you deal with such good people.

The whole process from the initial contact to the finishing touches was a great experience. Everyone I dealt with - Nikki, Terry, Scott and Brian - were professional and prompt. They know there business and take pride in doing an excellent job. I love my new bathroom and would definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. From the moment I sent an email requesting an estimate, I was impressed by their professionalism and timely response. Terry, the salesperson, who one of the most professional individuals I have ever had the pleasure to meet.. His explanation of the product and installation was accurate and thorough. It was unlike anything one typically encounters in the construction business. The installation was a breeze. Scott and his co-workers were dedicated to the job, and despite the big snow just a day before, still completed their work in the time promised. We would have totally understood if they could not have, but Scott was insistent that they try. In the words of Yoda, "There is no try, only do," and Scott and his crew did. I originally had wanted custom tile, but had trouble finding anyone who would even talk to me about a 45 square foot bathroom. Hence, why I went with Brian and his company. I can honestly tell you - I am grateful I had Two Day Bath do this part of the bathroom remodel. The product is of amazing quality, and b-e-a-YOU-ti-ful. It's like I'm showering in the forest. I am very picky, and I can state without hesitation that this product and the subsequent service surpassed my expectations. If you are considering a remodel and are on the fence about custom tile work, go by their showroom on Long Shoals and look at what they have to offer. We did do natural stone/custom tile on the floor, and the two have blended beautifully. With this product, however, I have much less cleanup, as the acrylic just doesn't show any type of dirt. When I do clean it? I spray a bit of Green Works, wipe, and then rinse. Easy peasy. Wouldn't be that easy with tile. Bottom line? Great people, great product, great service. 'Nuf said!

It all went extremely well...as stress-free as could be imagined, given the need to coordinate multiple suppliers and installers. Brian totally made the schedule work for us.

Superbly well. This is a great company. These folks do beautiful work, and they were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. We plan to use their services again next year to renovate a second bath in our home.

We chose Two Day Bath and Shower, because they offered a superior shower that was larger than what the other competitors we talked to offered. The unique angles of the roof and interior walls made the shower especially difficult to install. Brian Friel, the owner, personally supervised the work and made sure that everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. Brian was a joy to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way, and he was always courteous and respectful of our desires. We are extremely pleased with the quality and look of the completed bathroom. We definitely got the best value for the money we spent. We can't say enough good things about Brian and all of his employees that we came into contact with.

We found the company,Two Day Bath & Shower on Angie's List and were not disappointed. They met and surpassed our expectations in every aspect of removing a 50 year old tub and replacing it with a stand up shower, base and acrylic shower surround. Terry Kirby the sales consultant was on time, fully explained the process, took our order and promised the work done within three weeks. Three men, including the franchise owner, completed the installation in one day, two weeks to the day from the order. They left our bathroom spick and span, cleaned up all their trash and took it away. The cost was $300 less than two other quotes we received. We couldn't be happier with the process and installation.

My wife and I are retired and we recently contracted with Two Day Bath & Shower of Arden, North Carolina. We are pleased to recommend their excellent work. We had an enclosed walk-in Shower, sink, and comode installed. The workmanthips was outstanding and everything was finished on time. There work was of the highest quality and they were ALWAYS punctual. In addition, perhaps the biggest story here is they care about their customers... THEY ARE HERO's and TRULY SAVED MY FATHER'S LIFE! On March 29th both Brian and Grant were finishing up the work. When they went to alert my father that the work was complete Dad was non-responsive and appeared asleep. Brian quickly dialed 911 and the operator gave instruction to immediately get him on the floor and clear his airway. They did not hesitate to follow all the instructions...it took the ambulance 15 minutes and the ride to the hospital was a good 20 minutes... Brian called me immediately to alert me of the emergency and I was able to meet the ambulance as it arrived at the hospital. The paramedics and E/R Doctor said if it weren't for the quick response and assistance to my father by Brian and Grant, Dad would not have survived. Our family will be eternally grateful to Brian and Grant. Everytime I see the shower I think of those two. There's really now words to express our gratitude.

Since this is a summer home, we didn't want to spend the money for tiling, and remodeling of entire bathroom. Existing shower had two corner seats that prevented movement for two people and it was 10 years old. It had started to deteriorate. The size is now 60" x 34". It allows two people to shower and assist one handicap individual. The grab bars are placed at a height that is convenient for entrance and exit.The installers were extremely professional! They protected the home with tarps in and out of the work area.We are Very pleased and would highly recommend this company. The entire job was done in three days.

Overall it was a great experience. There was one small leak around the shower door. I emailed Brian on Sunday night about it, he called Monday morning and had it fixed before 10:00AM.
