Togar Rugs

Rugs were picked up by Togar on 9/6/16 to be cleaned. I was told due to rain days (we are experiencing a severe drought - rain days??) they were behind and it would take 2-3 weeks. After 6 weeks I called and was told the rugs were ready (no explanation why no one bothered to call) and to expect a call the following Monday to arrange a Wednesday delivery. On Thursday, I called as no one had called and no delivery had occurred. A very rude women answered the phone and transferred me to the warehouse manager who's primary concern was payment. I had paid in full via credit card the day after the rugs were picked up as they require payment before proceeding. I had to prove to him that I had paid by reading the copy of the invoice line by line. The copy of the invoice that Togar had mailed me. After I finally convinced him that I had paid, he stated delivery would occur by 11 AM that morning. The rugs arrived at 11:40 and I again had to produce the copy of the invoice and credit card slip that Togar had mailed me to prove I had paid. One of the rugs is blue and white and the blue color ran and now I have a white rug with blue splotches. I would have thought Togar would test for colorfastness. It's likely that I would not use them again nor recommend as they are expensive, have very poor customer service and ruined one of my rugs.

Togar has a great selection of rugs (especially Turkish) and consistently has provided us good service. We can especially recommend Carlos, who is quite knowledgeable and has helped us select several area rugs over the past year or two.
