Description of Work: PC Clinic completely replaced and rebuilt entire operating system and windows upgrade on a laptop. Removed all bloat ware and installed new charging port. Computer runs better than when new. (7 year old HP Pavilion DV-7). Took a lot longer than expected. (They were in the process of moving into a new building). They compensated me for taking so long. Hope they are caught up now. Satisfied me and was much less than buying a new computer. Chris and Vickie are wizards with computers. You won't be disappointed.
