Signature Technologies

I was referred to Signature Technologies by a person in the neighborhood and they came to the house. I explained to the owner what we wanted and he asked me a few questions. Then made some very good suggestions. Which saved me some on the budget! He explained the process very well. We agreed on the price of the equipment and labor, and gave them a deposit check. I expected to start in 10 days. I was delighted when they called and ask if they could start sooner. The team of installers arrived and where very knowledgable and professional. It took them 3 full days but they transformed our basement into a awesome theater room! We installed a JVC projector, 123" screen, Paradigm speakers and a Anthem electronics home theater reciever. We also opted for lighting control, and we control the lights and home theater system with our IPad and IPhones! We love it.

I will say Signature came at the scheduled time and date to install the TV's. The installers (not the owner) did a nice job and were courteous. However, a couple of days later I discovered the cord coming out of the wall for one of the TV's to the Direct TV box was way too short, ( I could not even lay the box on the floor without disconnecting). Then the trouble started. I called the number provided for Signature, got the owner, and made an appt. to come out and fix, (within the 90 days) did not show up or call, I called again set up another date and time, same thing, excuse was his employees were sick, set up another appt and time, same thing, I called again and the owner said the weather was bad, set up another appt., same thing, called and set yet another appt., this time I called and cancelled due to vet appt.,set another appt, same thing no show, no call. I then called HH Gregg to get someone else, (still within the 90 days), no satisfaction either from the store........Signature Technologies owner then proceeded to inform me that a trip charge would be charged even though I was within the 90 days....beware.....there is NO followup!!!!
