John Petri is very responsive and polite person. I was looking for someone to design small renovations in our house. John came within 1 week and spent a half hour with us just looking at our house and chatting with us about what he could do for us. He gave us an estimate of what he thought it would cost us for him to draw the design. He was very gracious and helpful. We ended up not going with him because we wanted to have someone who could both design and build. But I would definitely contact John if I had a large scale need.

John is the consummate professional and the total experience was a joy. His eye to details and his ability to value engineer the design saved us tremendously when we entered the construction phase. By using John and tapping into his expertise we believed we more than saved the fee we paid him. I highly reccomend John and if you decide to have him design your dream house you will not be disappointed!
Description of Work: John is an extremely talented architect who designed our dream home in the Ramble subdivision. His ability to understand and design “Our Vision” into the home was amazing. He is extremely easy to work with and is one of a few architects that understand he is designing your house and not his.
