The crew was diligent, but we caught a couple errors: Missed the hole in the second standpipe, initially installed a very knotty wood as the porch railing, reinstalled a section of railing out of level. However, after our bringing these things to Mike's attention, everything was resolved professionally, and to our complete satisfaction. All work was done in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Replaced water-damaged Hardi-planks and exterior trim that was improperly installed by the original new-home contractor. Added flashing and primed all sides of boards to prevent future damage. The siding of our house was brought to the warranty specification required by the manufacturer. Replaced boots around roof standpipes. Replaced top railing on front porch fencing. Tore off moldy natural cedar shakes in two areas, and replaced them with Hardi-shakes. Worked out a better water flow off a section of roof that overflowed the existing roof gutters. Redid trim on front porch columns.
