Description of Work: Spending is for annual contract (2 "checkups" a year) ...no real problems until this year.....tech did all check ups, said he was missing a needed frilter for furnace (charged me extra $60 and said he would be back in "just a couple of days" with the missing filter)....it took 2 followup calls on my part to finally have the filter delivered.....in addition, a wall filter which should have been replaced in the basement cold air return was removed, the opening closed and the filter was never replaced.....I didn't discover this until just a fwew weeks ago, went to Lowes and bought one... Both of these "problems" were no big deal but represented a major change in the service level I have experienced in the past... We have lived in the area for aboutr 12 years and they have serviced our h/ac that entire time, including installation of new heat p[ump unit about 2-1/2 years ago...until this last year, their service has been fine

Description of Work: After getting quotes from several providers, I selected McNutt to install a new heat pump. They did exactly what the salesperson promised and were very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
