Solved problem

Justin replaced a broken garage door spring and replaced our garage door openers. He was prompt, courteous, and offered a fair price. To give an idea of Justinâ s character, I had assumed that my 2 old garage doors needed to be replaced in addition to replacing springs and openers, but Justin said my doors were fine and only need to be replaced if I wanted a different styleâ thatâ s an honest man!!!

His work is excellent and he made sure everything was great. Their was no communication problems or issues of any kind. My garage was a mess and he worked around that with no problem. Justin was able to fix a problem that three previous repair people did not. He also added a better remote and installed a new controller. We never had a keypad and he put one of those in, too. He is an excellent communicator, explaining things well. He also arrived when he said he would and estimated accurately the time to do the job. I think you will be happy with his service.

We are more than satisfied with the garage doors and openers we purchased from Magnolia Door (Justin), who also installed them. He was more than willing to tell us that the first choice of doors we had considered buying would have been an overkill in terms of our needs, which saved us unnecessary cost. He also explained some of the challenges he might face in installing the doors, since our home is somewhat older. we had to wait a long time for the doors to arrive, he communicated well with us and once they did arrive did a tremendous job. I was particularly impressed with how well the doors seal since we have an uneven floor.
