We paid through Angie's List for a full house inspection as we have been remodeling a condo. After we added some additional lighting and everything was completed, Kilowatt was paid an additional $ 1,761, which we thought was high for less than 2 days of work. We later noted two areas where there were still problems. In one area, Kilowatt punched a hole in our bedroom wall for "later installation of something that would work for the can lights over our bed". We have never heard back and have sent emails and made a phone call, all to no avail. We also had to hire another electrician to come back and finish what Kilowatt did not do in their full home inspection: they left a wire hanging in the junction box and it wasn't connected. We also still have an outlet where the top part works; however, the bottom does not.

Very happy with this service. Staff was prompt and communicated well with us. Very friendly. Seemed to give us an honest assessment.

The gentleman, Eduardo, did a nice job. He asked questions, and was timely. Very easy to work with.

Two workers arrived on timer, eager to do help.. Very friendly, most importantly knowledgeable. Replace a bad outlet (switch), and conducted inspection of all outlets. Very happy with service! I now have a relationship w/ a solid company. I'll be back!!!

iAmando and Michael worked diligently to complete all this work, with just a small amount of extra time charged for the extra work that was uncovered. They are two very professional tradesmen,, with manners, and care of the household, that could not be bettered.

The serviceman was very nice and very efficient.

The technician was very nice but all he did was just look at my breaker box. I guess I didn't know what a whole house electric check involved. I was told that my panel was old & outdated and they suggested it be replaced. I asked for an estimate & was given one, I have 2 units and asked for an estimate for both, was told I could get a discount for both, but I never got this or heard from the company again. This is what disappointed me about this experience.

The inspection was very thorough and detailed explanations were given as to the results and how repairs or upgrades would be done for those items that needed them.

I was so pleased with this! I thought I needed a new water heater, but Crew Plumbing discovered that there wasn't any power feeding into the unit itself. I talked to Sam around 11 and by 1 Dustin was here. All is working just fine now, took half an hour!

As always, the work was done promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

Sam and all the folks at Kilowatt Electric are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. I recommend them very highly and definitely will hire them again. They are responsive to what I wanted/needed and willing to answer questions and make changes as we went along - I'm a typical homeowner with "How about adding this...?" as the project developed. Sam, German, all the guys are great to work with.

All of the individuals from Kilowatt were very professional. They arrived on time were diligent about their work and always cleaned up the area they were working in. The project was completed on time and to our satisfaction.
