+ -1 moreInitially, very enthusiastic and started project quickly. Came over on a Sunday to give an estimate and showed up on the next day to start project. We had sent out an SOS on the internet because the cold winter broke our water feature and we were trying to save our fish. He seemed confident that he could fix it, and some drainage problems we were having in the yard. But, he needed money up front for supplies. We provided it. He will not return and finish. He seems to know nothing about repairing water features either, my fish are dying. Talks a good game but doesn't follow through. We have called him several times to complete the project and nothing happens even though he has been made aware that court proceedings are moving forward. If you have a notion to hire this guy, certainly don't pay him up front -- wait until the job is completely finished.
Description of Work: Very little. 2 months later, has not finished yard drainage project and water feature repair. Took the money and has not returned. He has spent about $800 on supplies as best we can determine since no receipts were produced. Planning small claims court to attempt resolution.
