+ -1 moreWe had pretty good luck with them. We have got electronics from them and other things. We use them anytime we have to purchase. We mainly go there as the sales people are pretty well trained and pretty knowledgeable. Regarding their punctuality sometimes we have to wait in the store.

Description of Work: I purchased a computer last week and signed up for their services. I took in a computer that I had lost a password to and I didn't even have to leave it there.

+ 0 moreThe sales representative did not fully explain the product. This particular model does not have a heating element. The installer said it didn't surprise him because he runs by this problem on a regular basis. He was an independent installer for the Best Buy location. I was not aware that the unit did not have a heating element and I should have done more research myself on this particular model. I didn't even expect that. They were competitive and were willing to match any prices. The installer was very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond and did some extra plumbing but the salesperson didn't know their product.
Description of Work: I bought a dishwasher from Best Buy and had them install it.
