Description of Work: My mother used this company over the past two years and they did a good job for the first year. The second year (last year) they said they'd be they said they'd be there on a certain day and they'd not show up. They yard was mowed unevenly and seemed like he would be there and gone in 30 minutes and her yard take longer than that even if you're riding it. This year she waited for him to call back and he left a message after a couple of weeks that he couldn't get her yard that day, not that week and not this year. He hated to do it but that's just the way it was. My mom is elderly and it was not good business to continue to do her neighbors yard and pass her up! I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. This year he also has a helper so go figure!!! Mom has spent about $1200.00 over the last 2-3 years. They're not dependable and the message on the answering machine was not professional! My mom is not able to get out and cut her own grass and do her own trimming. I have found a reputable company to come and mow and it looks very nice and I am very happy with the way it looks now. It makes me very upset that excel Lawn care would treat elderly people this way.
