Elevation Restoration & Floor Cleaning

Elevation did a great job. We have had several cleanings over the past few years and we have also done it ourselves, but the carpets and upholstery have never been cleaner. Husband/wife team were very efficient in getting furniture moved, legs covered, and cleaning done in a very prompt manner.

Very quick service! Great price! I was contacted immediately and had someone come out within a few days. Everything went smoothly and the carpet looks clean! No complaints.

All went well. We made phone contact, set up an appointment without any delays. The technician arrived promptly for the appointment, was friendly, and did the work neatly and effectively. The results were both professional and of high quality.

I sent an email from this site explaining what I wanted done and when(gave a 2 week period I would like). It has been a week at least. I have not had a response. They could have contacted me by email. I checked my trash. I left my phone # and I always check voice mails. No contact... I would not use them if they call back now.

Called three time and once responded but was I was unavailable. Asked to called back in a hour. No response. Called back and left a message. No follow up after that. Had a great experience three years ago. So sad that they don’t respond now.

Jake and Kevin were there bright and early. We discussed what needed to be done and Jake went on to another job, while Kevin did a superb job on our home! We will be hiring them to stain our newly cleaned porch!!

Work was estimated accurately and professionally completed by the owners and another associate. Their floor cleaning equipment and technique was very effective and efficient. 2 Clean painted several interior rooms for us. The work was performed quickly and with excellent attention to detail. As contracted for, they applied a primer coat, plus two coats of paint. The finished results look great! This is a business that appears to be very well organized and delivered what was promised.

Excellent job over all which, was much better than the last crew that pressure washed the side of the house. The gutters were almost as white as the day they were installed. Would recommend 2 Clean Professional Services for any service similar to my experience.

Great! I was really happy with their work! We have an off-white manufactured home, and it was extremely dirty on the outside, with thick green mold. Our yard man had pressure washed it about a year ago, but, although it was cleaner than before, some of the mold remained. When I asked these men about it, they assured me they used a chemical which would remove the mold. And it every bit came off. I was very happy! I purchased their service through Angie's List for $199, and it was certainly worth it!

They worked very **** ** the white garage. The dirtiest sides were easy to see the improvement, but the other two sides were difficult to see the dirt. The guys returned two days later and touched up some streaks that remained. Everyone was very pleasant and the finished project looks terrific. Thank you Shawn,Jake and Linda!

The services were fine. There were no additional charges beyond big deal cost. I've used them before. One of the rooms wasn't quite, there were some spots in there and I know I could have called them back out. But my husband was having surgery and it just wasn't a good time to have them back out to do that. I know they would have done it. There was just one area that would not come clean. Like I said sometimes that doesn't show up until the next morning. I don't want to put anything bad, but the cleaners that came the last time were more professional, I thought. On average I've had good response with them.

Service was excellent very pleased. I was called about 3 times with different arrival times finally arrived at 6 pm. The original time was 10:30 or 11. Could leave home the entire day.

They did a wonderful job. I have large dogs and they really get the stains out of the carpet.

It was very fast, and very reasonable. If I could find a better one for next fall, I would use them. I needed to have my rugs cleaned and they could come. Price was good. Responsiveness was very good. I would not use them again.
