+ -1 moreAfter some initial delay due to builder issue, they came & took care of problem as they knew it. Turns out it was multiple problems, which as of this date have not been corrected. In their defense, it is not Cyclone's fault. It is the builder's.

Description of Work: I do not remember the specific date - they did several fix it to be better jobs in kitchen and upstairs toilet on this visit. Prior to this they came and did a remodel job on our master bath.

Description of Work: I have used them in the past for more extensive work i.e. installing a high tech, formidable hybrid water heater. No probs with the water heater. Service and punctuality was A level Paul is my 'go to' guy and he represented the Company well. Plumbing charges were quite high from my point of view but I guess you get what you pay for

+ 0 moreThey did such a good job. They were unbelievably professional and showed up on time. They told me exactly what they needed to do and when they were going to do it. They didn't charge any extra money. They were first rate all the way. The price was excellent and the quality was top notch.
Description of Work: I used Cyclone Plumbing to rough in a new shower. They changed a bathtub shower to a walk-in shower and they relocated the hot and cold for a sink and a drain line.

+ -1 moreIt was a very hot day.....and when the replacement of the mercury switches led to a small repair to the motor....it stretched into another day. They stayed and called other resources to determine how best they could resolve this and get us back to functioning as normal. I was also impressed that even though the span had been 4 years since they were last here, he quickly had his office staff pull our folder and familiarized himself with what our previous issue had been before arriving. We didn't ask for an estimate as it needed to be fixed so that we could use the sewer. Asked for an estimate to run new line and establish a permanent correction to this terribly designed system. He was glad to provide, even working with us to lessen the cost using other sources to assist in the work. Even told us how to work with MSD to determine if other sewage lines existed below our currect ground level to run a new line into. Great education! We haven't gone ahead with this as it will be about $5k and we are operating okay for now.
Description of Work: We have a "system" that was installed by the builder in spec. house we purchased in 1994. When this system, that pumps sewage up to street level and into sewage main, malfunctions it has been extremely difficult to find a plumber that will work on us......mostly because the tank, pump, etc.... are located below ground and the only way to access is to dig down to it. Cyclone responded the first time, 4 years ago, and did a great job and even said they would come back!! We would like to kick the builder/original plumber for setting this up this way. We still have no, what we consider, final resolution as this will continue as long as we live here.

+ -1 moreeverything went great. They said that a saddle valve is a bad idea for the ice maker and insisted on a proper tie in to the cold water with a real shut off valve. After doing some research, I fould this to truly be the best to avoid possible leaks. A little more money but cheaper than fixing future rot from a small leak that I may not ever see behind the fridge. These guys are not the cheapest but they can not be beat in the work that they do. I can not say enuf about them. If you need a plumber they are your guys.
Description of Work: replaced a couple of bath sinks, swaped toilets, new disposal and ice maker line
