I recently had Jon and his team tear off and re-roof my home. I solicited 4 quotes for this job and Central was very competitive in their pricing. From the beginning, Jon was timely, courteous, and professional in meeting for and returning the estimate. He provided clear information and documentation on his services, products, and warrantees. None of my other quotes provided all of this. Ultimately, it is what made me go with Central. The quality service, regular communication, and professionalism continued throughout the project. Since I was adding a porch as part of the project, Jon and I communicated regularly concerning a start date in order to minimize the time my roof was exposed to weather (1 day). His team came in the morning and completed the project by the end of the day. They kept the site clean during the day, cleaned up at the end, debris was gone as the team left the site. Jon insists on visiting his projects a few days after the project is completed to inspect the project, discuss any issues, and close out the project. When it is all said and done, Central met all my expectations and made the process an enjoyable experience.

We just had a new roof, gutters, and siding installed. Central was by far the most professional and always answered our questions throughout the process from start to finish. Will always recommend to family , friends, and neighbors.

Jon and his team are exceptional. I was super worried about getting a new roof for my 1920s house. Jon couldn't have been better to work with. He came out, gave me an estimate, walked me through the entire process, and set clear expectations and schedules. If I ever need a roof or gutters in the future, I'm calling him and his team.
