Derek was pleasant and professional from the first call I made to schedule the work a couple of weeks out. He confirmed with me a couple of days prior and then let me know when he and his assistant were running a little late. They were great, both guys were very nice and courteous and replaced quite a few outlets and switches quickly. It was nice to work with a contractor that was professional and paid attention to details. I'd recommend them for any electrical work and will call again should we need more help!

Called to make an appointment on Wednesday and they showed up early Thursday. The electrical situation I was having seem to resolve itself, but I had them inspect what was going on and glad I did. They rewired me a new breaker for washer and freezer and troubleshooted some outlet and light issues I was having that prompted the original call. They showed me some of the bad wiring that had been done and went right on to inspect and repair every outlet necessary. They also tightened and replaced a few issues in my breaker box. Derek was great to work with and is a real troubleshooter when it came to solving a problem. He openly said he believes every job should be done right the first time. I've already got several projects I plan to do that will involve electrical work and would definitely call Buckingham again.

All went well. They were easy to work with, punctual, thorough, and took care of all the problems.

It was a pleasure working with Derek from beginning to end. He called with status on arrival for both appointments. And he was nice to answer all my questions, even while he was working and trying to concentrate. He makes you feel at ease, and they were efficient and neat. I couldn't ask for better service. I will hire them again. I'm starting a new list.

Three young guys came out and they were right on time. They were very professional, very courteous and very friendly. They meant business and they took care of my problem. I would say that they took care of it expeditiously. I don’t have any problem with that.

Prompt initial return call. Service was scheduled and arrival was prompt. Derek was very professional from start to finish. I have no complaints whatsoever and would not hesitate to use the company again.

The only surprise here is that you get only 1 hour of electrical work by one electrician and one assistant for your two hours of electrical work. So if you go into it with that in mind there is no deal here at all for the coupon. The electrical work was good although a bit hurried as they tried to stay under their hour.

They set up the appointment promptly, called before arriving, and arrived on time. Upon arriving, they assessed the work to be done, found that the old circuit was wired using aluminum wiring and offered to replace it. We agreed. They left to purchase materials and returned very quickly and performed the needed work in a professional manner. The took extra care to not track dirt into the house by putting on overshoes when entering the house. We are very pleased with the service and glad to be rid of the aluminium wiring which was a hazard we were unaware of. It has been two months since the work was completed and the upgraded circuit has worked well.

They were very professional and did a thorough job. They checked everything (twice or more) to be sure it worked, didn't overload the circuit, etc. They were very polite and professional.

Got a courtesy call to let me know approximate time technicians would be at my home. Two young men arrived on time and proceeded to go to work immediately. My house had been a foreclosure and I wanted to be sure all electrical was checked out, repaired and up to code. The technicians immediately began fixing smaller issues and rerouted some wiring. Outside lights had not been working. They went to Home Depot, bought bulbs and corrected issue with that. I had bought a package from Angie's List and they did go over the time I was allowed but price was very reasonable. It was very worth extra time involved. Technicians explained all work and were very courteous.

Very impressive professionalism experienced with this company. They were responsive, prompt, good at what they did, polite, cleaned the work site up before departing, quick workers not to mention pleasant and polite.

It went really great. Derck and his worker arrived on time. Was very friendly and professional. Wore special shoes inside not to mess up floors. Cleaned up after themselves. Derck provided all material needed and gave me a detailed job invoice which broke down all cost of materials. You would never know that I had work done. My house was just like it was before they did work. Was very detailed about cleaning everything up inside and outside.
