We came in troubleshot the issue of receptacle not working and we fixed the issue and asked if there was anything else we could fix and after you said no we were on or way. The problem was a tripped gfci receptacle it only took us minutes to fix as its something we see everyday. I tried explaining this to the homeowner on the phone and she said she wanted me to come out anyways.
