Description of Work: Bob Koerber built our house in Biltmoe Park- he was extremely competent and meticulous in all details- he actually came in under his estimate and gave us follow ups as necessary- his workmanship was beyond great- at the beginning of the project he told us it would take approximately 14 months to complete- we moved into the house in 14 months- we have had no problems since- he has kept in touch with us since then and has done follow-up work as necessary- anybody who needs a home constructed should contact Bob Koerber- he is the BEST

+ -1 moreWe are very impressed that in the 7 years we have owned our home we have had a few structural issues and he came right out and fixed them. He also came and replaced a chimney cap because he thought the original cap would degrade. He is one the most responsible and reputable person that we have dealt with!
