Fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, did what they said they would and finished the job earlier than expected.

The first guy that came out did not respond to emails or follow up. I called the company to ask for another contact to find out the first guy was no longer with them. Everything was great from then, but I do feel they should have looked into the first guy's contacts and follow up. But it all worked out. The install date was delayed a bit and I had to email to find that out, but again all was well in the end and we are pleased with the final product. The install guys were great! Very friendly and returned everything to their spots on my porch.

Excellent result. No surprises. Completed as stated, on time, professionally. Very pleased.

We went through several rounds of discussions, refining our requirements each time. We visited their showroom to view the model. We met with Mr. Jayson Carnes who worked with us and had several helpful suggestions. He stressed that theirs was a ?turnkey? product. We discussed painting knee-high exterior wall panels to match our stucco color. We discussed ceramic tile versus natural slate for the floor. We were told that the Mini-split (small HVAC system) would be installed by a subcontractor but that we would pay the sub directly; a little odd but we agreed. We signed a contract on June 15 and gave them a down payment of 30%. We applied to our HOA for project approval which was received in early July by which time the start date had slipped from mid-July to late July. (The actual start date was in early August). The contract contained no reference to the painting or the flooring; we expected to be asked to select flooring and only after some weeks, distracted by a problem with the exterior door (see next paragraph), did we have confirmed that the floor was not in the scope. We learned that the exterior French doors we wanted were a problem for the manufacturer (Seaway Manufacturing Corp.) after the contract was signed and the down payment was made. We heard various stories, second hand via Air Vent, that the supplier didn?t or wouldn?t or couldn?t make them anymore, or it would take a while before they did. The doors were finally delivered and installed by Air Vent in early September. Before construction began, I spoke with the construction manager (Greg) and learned that the requirement for relocating a flexible gas line for our grill was never transmitted to him. This oversight was corrected. In the midst of construction we learned there was a delay in delivery of some parts of the railings which was eventually resolved; however, the installed railings were missing the post flair, a molded fitting placed around each railing post where it meets the deck. This was corrected with some railing disassembly and reassembly on Air Vent?s part. The two-man crew was efficient and amiable. From time to time specialists (electricians, plumbing, roofing, HVAC) appeared. We believe the issues that arose could have been foreseen and/or prevented with a little extra planning. However, the end product is what we wanted and we are satisfied with it.

Delivered product met specifications and install went well. Due to a clerical error, balance due at installation did not reflect cash discount; the difference was refunded promptly with apologies.

After waiting to see how our new windows and doors were in the winter I can now say they were great. No drafts or condensation. We couldn't be more satisfied! The Air Vent installers (their names escape me) were on time and very professional and left our home cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend them. l

Although pricey, the quality of their awning is far superior to the competition. The selection and sale process went very smoothly, as did the installation process. I would choose this company again, and will recommend them to others.

The construction was excellent and they are excellent; they are very neat. Whenever I call they are very friendly and they are very, very competent people. They do windows and sunrooms, that kind of thing. Their windows are beautiful and absolutely perfect; nice big double pane windows. I would say their price is reasonable. They were very responsive.

They did it all in a days time. They did an excellent job from the estimate to the job, it was all very good.

From start to finish it was a great experience! Jayson stayed in communication and let us know exactly when the crew would arrive. Tyler and Hector performed the installation. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. We've had a lot of work done on the house lately. All of the companies we hired came recommended from angieslist and by far, airvent exteriors was the best contractor we have hired to date. I run and operate my own landscaping and lawn care business and pride myself on customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond. This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The owner came and gave me the quote and the time-frame. Both of which were adhered to. Very competent crew did the work. The room was completed in a week, including additional electric work. You can have them build you a room almost any way you want it. One of my main concerns was ending up with what looked like a [well-built] vinyl thing stuck to the side of my wood-sided old house. Turns out they were able to clad the room with siding and trim that exactly matched the house. I went with the 4-season design and am confident the insulation and quality windows will allow me to utilize this sunny area year-round. I decided to have the deck done by another company, while I was waiting for Air-Vent to come build the room - but that just caused me to have my yard torn up for weeks longer than it had to be. If Air-Vent had done the whole thing, it would have saved me a LOT of trouble and they'd been in and out probably no longer than a week and a half. The quality of this addition is first-rate. It has greatly added to the value of this house and made it a much more comfortable home for me and my animals. Could not be happier with this experience.

Air Vent did a terrific job installing new awnings on the front of our business. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. The awnings look terrific and were well worth the money.

They are very nice people. Considering for what you get with the product, the price is reasonable. They completed the work in the time frame projected. I did have to call them back and they came without any trouble and corrected the issue to my complete satisfaction. The work they did was great. I would recommend them to friends.

They did all of the work themselves except for the tile flooring and super structure. We did some modifications to the plan prior to the work being started and they were very easy to work with.They completed the job in about a week and cleaned up well. We could not be any happier with the work.

Lots of thought & problem-solving skills went into replacing the existing 3-season shed-roof sunroom with a gabled 4-season sunroom. They strengthened the existing structure, demolished parts of deck, positioned the new sunroom with the existing gable of the house, removed siding & replaced it accordingly, and performed new roofing work. They also opened the living room wall into the sunroom, removing the old panoramic windows and French doors, as well as the trapezoid windows in the gable area. They also had to rebuild the header above the former doors (which had begun to fail due to rotting. They did beautiful work in finishing the pass through into the sunroom and the wall openings above to make it aesthetically very pleasing. Electrical work for lights, fan and wall heather. Built an enlarge deck with state-of--the art materials. The engineering and the high quality of materials used in the construction of the sunroom is visible and very appreciated. Bob's teams of employees, master carpenters, self-starters and dedicated to high ethics, were also a source of great satisfaction. The best way to describe how it went is: smoothly & professionally! ... by the high quality of employees and materials used, you realized you have chosen a solid, dependable company!!!

They didn't get started when I expected but once they got rolling, they were efficient, polite, and did excellent work.

It was very good. Everything from the quote to the installation was just phenomenal. They were timely and they cleaned up after themselves. They were in the middle of the road in terms of pricing and the folks who installed the windows and the door actually worked for the company. They do not do subcontractors. They were also very knowledgeable.

Only Airvent had this right product. Product quality is very high. Installation could have been smoother - finding studs for mounting was almost hit or miss, but successful. Worksite was well maintained.
