They were the first to respond and went to work right away. They had it 90% complete when two other companies finally showed up to bid the job. Highly recommend them. The lead tech was very experienced and knew exactly how to make this a problem free repair.

I initially spoke with William directly over the phone. He sounded confident that he and his team knew what to do and how to do it. He was thorough and thoughtful. His technicians, Scott and Todd, came out earlier than expected and were diligent in their work and polite in their communications. They all were carefully following COVID-19 measures to protect all of us. They did a good job with the project and, so far, all seems to work great (they replaced an old irrigation well pump). They did a good job cleaning up after themselves as well.

I purchased a new water heater to replace our existing 15 years old version after originally considering a tankless option - the technician was most helpful and obliging completing the work within 4 hours.

In response to our request for an estimate to repair our hot water heater and to install a pressure reduction valve for the house, Mr. Parrish called promptly to schedule an appointment and then sent a plumber that day. He arrived on time, provided a very reasonable estimate, and was able to perform the work on the spot. We were very pleased.

They seemed to be more knowledgeable than the other plumber that came to dig up and replace the pipes.

It was late Friday afternoon and my problem was a leaking water heater. I needed someone immediately to stop the leaking and determine the cause. They had a man at the site within 30 minutes and the repairs were completed before 10am the next morning. I will definitely use them again for plumbing issues.

AMAZING! Look No further. My hot water heater leaked all night, I was exhausted. I went on Angie's list, found great reviews for William Parrish Plumbing. I called at 5am.and told him the problem. He, the owner, William, called me 30 mins later and informed me that he would be at my house shortly. The job was totally finished and cleaned up by 8am! Astounding service, very personable, and a very reasonable price! I need to add that I called another 24 hour service hours beforehand, and they said they didn't have Anyone that was knowledgeable of gas water heaters... That I'd have to wait... Till the next day! So, don't look any further and get your problem fixed by William. Peacefully, Tonya D

Really happy with everything. They came out and gave a very competitive estimate, offered to replace water heater within 24 hours (no need for us, ours was working, just rusted and beginning to leak) but despite not having the emergency need, they handled the install the next day. Great staff all around, I highly recommend.
