+ -1 moreThe quality of the work was excellent as far as we can tell, and communication was always quick and responsive. The negotiations around price were always difficult though, and a small bill for labor was generated after the project was completed that I didn't expect . Be aware that their upcharge for equipment is substantial and they refuse to install equipment you might purchase elsewhere. They claim this is standard practice for the industry, but I have no way of knowing if that's true.
Description of Work: Installed central vacuum, speakers and all low-voltage wiring for a new house. Work took place over several months.

+ -1 moreI would recommend them without any reservation. I only dealt with one of the guys there. They did an outstanding work. They came and spent an entire day at my house without charge straightening things out. They came back and did some work. Their rates were reasonable and they did a good job. They knew what they were doing. It is hard tom find that in this area.
Description of Work: I used Tronic Integration LLC twice. I used them in the spring for some alarm work and Ethernet network.

+ -1 moreRobbie showed up on time, was professional and courteous. He took time to answer all of my questions--I ask a lot--and didn't mind me watching him work. All work was neat, and confirmed for operation before he left.
Description of Work: Completely rewired telco and Ethernet service after lightning damage, including service to two outbuildings and full rebuilding of telco junction box and rewiring from network interface into home. Included bringing ethernet service from home to one of the outbuildings, a 250 ft. run, and installing appropriate lightning suppression equipment on both networks.
