Triangle Reconstruction

At first it appeared that the structure had been fixed. Within 6 months, the cracks in the bricks have reappeared. I am not sure that the piers were really fixed. They told me that the house needed a new moisture barrier and a dehumidifier under the house. The dehumidifier ran non-stop for weeks and I no longer hear it running, even during all the wet weather occuring lately. I would not hire this company for pier repair again. That was an expensive mistake on my part.

Everything good. Did have some problems contacting supplier. took couple of days for them to return call.

They were professional and showed up when they said they would. It was a large, costly job but they were knowledgeable and helpful along the way.

They did a terrific job! I have seen other neighbors' vapor installation work and the work by Triangle Reconstruction was so superior! Not only was the ground coverage excellent, but they secured it to the ground so that the vapor barrier would not shift. I would highly recommend this team to take care of any moisture problems in your crawl space.

Wasn't there during the install, however inspected after techs left and installation of vapor barrier looked very good. Price was very good and was well worth me not having to do it. Sales person that came out was very personable and pleasant to talk with.

I think very well. I have not had anyone to go under my crawl space yet to check on the work that was performed. I have not received the pictures that were taken as of this date. I did n/a for quality only because I have not seem the results yet.

I was impressed. The guys were courtious, fast and efficient. Could not have gone better.

After the company rep surveyed my crawlspace and gave me an estimate, I had extreme difficulty getting them to communicate. After 2 weeks of phone tag, text messages, and emails, I cancelled the contract and sought another company. Now, I have contacted PayPal to get my 220.00 Angie's List Coupon returned.

Contractor missed 2 appointments to look at the job. That told me all I need to know about them.

Service was provided in June (but I don't remember the specific date). Everything went well. They were prompt, professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent. Two man team was very professional, considerate, and communicative about project. Had late start but diligently finished on specified day. Vapor barrier was very neatly laid and we'll pegged to ground. All insulation neatly tucked and secured between joists so none is visibly hanging when you walk in even in hard to reach areas. Job makes basement an asset not liability for house sale. Price was very reasonable. Cleanup very good. I'd recommend this company w/o hesitation for this kind of job.

Provider cam eand reviewed crawl space and quoted a fair price. The work was performed on time and professionally.

Owner came out measured and priced the job. Checked area under house for any existing mold. He did not find any. Set an appointment for the guy to come out & install the plastic. This person said he did see a little mold under the house that we might want to get treated.

It went great. Their work, professionalism, honesty and fair price make dealing with them a wonderful experience, and they promised to follow up with me in July to check on things. This is not the first job they have done for me, and I did not even consider using another company for this job. Communication may not always be perfect, so you may have to insist on getting the answers you want. There also may be mixed communications, for example, my quote was for a piece of foam over a cubby door of a separate walk-in part of the attic, and they ended up putting covered sheets of fiberglass in the ceiling here, which would have cost much more. They only charged me for the quoted amount, so I was satisfied that I had gotten a good deal. Their customer service is important to them so they make things right. Overall, it was a smooth and easy installation.

This service was cancelled and I purchased a different provider for this task.

Not the best but the final product was fine. I'd give them a B. There was a lot of back and forth about getting the actual appointment, then once the didn't show when they were supposed to be there and I took a day off and so they never showed on that day and when I called them you know middle the afternoon he said oh they'll be there in just a couple of hours well they never showed. So I had to wait a whole week until I had a day off and they didn't show up until late noon or something. And the manager, the foreman, didn't seem to know what was going on and he's the one that said they would be there in a couple of hours and he never came so this seems like he didn't know where his men were and what hey were doing. And I called them and I had to get cross with them then the next day they came, they showed up with the sales man and the manger and everybody. So they were just showing me "oh you're a good customer, da-da-da-da-da, you know, they were just pulling my leg a little bit. They wanted their money right away and I told them I had 30 days and I would pay him in 30 days cause I wanted to live with it a while and so for all the trouble he gave me a $50 discount. I mean they recognized the problem but they didn't fix it, you know, it was very disorganized. I think I paid $1,000 in addition to the $800.

Absolutely perfect. Everyone was great. They really listened to what I needed and sold me the product that best matched what I am trying to achieve (no strong arm sell tactics). I really appreciated how professional everyone is. Both technicians showed up in a timely manner and were very good at their jobs. They made sure everything was cleaned up and I would be happy to recommend them anytime. I learned a lot about crawl spaces today. They know their stuff!

Came early, explained things well, took their time, didn't rush. I really liked them and would recommend them to all my friends.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for crawl-space encapsulation. The team did not show up on day service was scheduled. I received an email alerting me that the crew would be running late, but they never arrived. I took the day off work, to be at the house during the job -- a waste of a vacation day, as I didn't feel I could leave the house. The next day, the crew appeared and worked on my crawlspace (accessible from the exterior) while I was not at home, and came back to finish the job the next day. Although debris removal was supposed to be included in the job, a large pile of bricks and other debris, as well as trash from the crew was left behind (pulled from the crawlspace and left in a pile). The actual work appears to be decent, but the complete lack of professionalism was what truly astounded me. In the end, I'm sure it was the fact that the team took on too much, with all of the people who likely purchased the deal, but even still...

Did a fine job at a fair price. Were very accommodating, and came back to touch up paint and take away additional items.

I am working on a condo flip and I got an Angie's List deal for $49 for 300 sq. ft. vapor barrier install with debris cleanup. Brian was very quick to come and inspect the space after I emailed. I was happy with the quote to do additional work, so I booked them. They did a great job and the crawl space looks amazing. They even emailed me a reminder the day of appointment that they were coming, so I remembered to stop by and I got to discuss everything with the guy who was working on it.

I would highly recommend them, and they were honest and reasonable. The owner communicates well with the consumer.
