Description of Work: Replaced plastic on crawl space floor.When the job was done,I went to check the crawl space and it looked so good I had to take my shoes off to walk on the new plastic.

Description of Work: WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THIS SERVICE TO BE PERFORMED. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT WE WERE TO RECEIVE THE VAPOR FOR THE FIRST 500 SQ. FT. OUR HOUSE IS 2166 SQ FT. WE WERE NOT ABLE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $800.00 AT THIS TIME. INCIDENTLY, EACH TIME WE SIGN UP FOR SERVICES, THERE IS USUALLY AN ADDITIONAL COST, EXCEPTION THE CLEANING SERVICES WE USED.

Description of Work: Vapor barrier installation. Have an older house, with furnace and water heater in crawl space, over time, old vapor barrier became torn, displaced. They removed the old vapor barrier, small debris in the crawl space, and placed and secured new 6 mil plastic. Initially we had a few scheduling / communication glitches, which was frustrating, but we finally got it worked out to my satisfaction. The two men arrived on time, and offered to answer any questions, as did the owner, Rob Ayscue.

Description of Work: Came to my house to access my situation without calling first. Didn't have my correct address because they had not called to schedule the work, so had a hard time finding my house. I just happened to be home when they called to get directions.Didn't call back to schedule actual work. I had to call them weeks later to get them to come. They finally responded to me when I told them I had been asked to do an evaluation for Emily's list. When they did come they were nice and professional and did fine work.

Description of Work: The man is a scam artist, completely unprofessional. He was supposed to remedy mold in crawl space: his helper sprayed buckets of bleach on my insulation under house, thereby ruining it, costing me $1000 to replace it. (I was so naive, I did not know my insulation had been ruined until this was explained to me later by a real professional). He put in a dehumidifier in crawl space and wanted payment that evening. I said I needed to check this out before paying. He had not even hooked it up! He came back and hooked it up by cutting into the water heater circuit, rendering latter inoperable. Now the dehu ran itsfan and had lights on but did nothing else because he had given me a beat up old defunct antique that someone had discarded. Because my crawl space is dark, I did not realize that this was not the same shiny piece of equipment he had made a big point of pulling out of its box to show me originally. Again, I did not realize this part of the scam till some months later. After inspecting for mold under the house, I told him I was not satisfied as could still see lots of mold. I have e mails of our exchanges where I told him that I had lost all confidence in his work and that I no longer trusted him. He had told me that upstairs the house just had minor mold which he could remedy. I believe he sprayed some bleach on a visible spot of mold. This was when I called in a professional mold expert who did air samples and determined that the house had water logged walls and a very severe mold problem. Not exactly something that could be corrected by spraying a little bleach! She was the person who pointed out that Triangle Reconstruction had ruined my insulation. I was shocked to see recently that this company has an A rating on Angie's List: you have been scammed, as I was!

Description of Work: I was extremely impressed with this company's professionalism and ethics. I had signed up for this deal in order to get a second opinion and price quote. I had been told bt a different service provide thatI really needed tohave the crawl space remediated and covering replaced at the cost of several thousand dollars. I became suspicious as the spot of mold that was pointed out to me appeared to be applied rather than grown.The gentleman from Triangle Reconstruction assessed the crawl space. He reported no mold, no fungus, and that the coverage I had would meet the building codes established at the time my home was built. He said they could recover the crawl space to bring it up to current day codes and it could help some with air quality and moisture, if I wanted. He also said he would support me if I decided I did not want to have the work done. The price he quoted was very reasonable. I was so impressed with his honesty (after my last experience) and was pretty sure I would have it done. I have not yet received the quote he was going to send to me and thus the work has not yet been done.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Triangle Reconstruction to have a vapor barrier installed underneath my home. They were prompt in contacting me after purchase; they set up a day and time to give us an estimate--the Big Deal was only for a certain amount of space, but it also offered a discount on additional space--and then set an appointment with me to come and install the barrier itself. Rob from TR was great when I needed to reschedule, and he even told me I didn't need to be home. They were great!

Description of Work: They were wonderful with the cancellation. Unexpected medical bills made it impossible for us to do this.

Description of Work: Excellent, I just wasn't expecting it to cost a total of over $400. They were on time and explained well their service provisions. Once I get the money I will use them if I don't do it myself.

Description of Work: Triangle Reconstruction evaluated and sealed air leaks in the doors and windows, and installed a vapor barrier in the crawlspace. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

Description of Work: tech was efficient and friendly. was asking for suggestion on a low lying area next to my house where water collects. tech promised to send my a plan to drain the water but he never did it.

Description of Work: They completed the job within one day. They were very professional. We did have a problem with a leaking (from condensation) A/C duct. The job was done but we ended up having to call the A/C person (who was recommended by Triangle Reconstruction - and they were very good) and had to mop up a lot of condensation. We wish Triangle would have told us of the problem before finishing the encapsulation. Overall, we were satisfied.

Description of Work: They weatherproofed our windows and fixed the vapour barrier and insulation under the house. They showed up when they were supposed to and worked quickly. We were very happy with the work.
