Description of Work: They first came out for the attic insulation special deal. We then got them to do an crawlspace barrier. There were multiple people who my husband spoke with, and they didn't communicate to each other, so the crawlspace job was not as promised. Unfortunately we didn't follow up with them, but the communication part of dealing with them would impede us from ever calling them again.

Description of Work: The put a vapor barrier installed in my crawl space. The work was perfect and the staff was extremely professional.

Description of Work: Due cold weather and school delays, Rob was several hours late coming to my home to count windows, doors & give us a quote. He also failed to let me know when to expect the workman to arrive until the night before he showed up early the following morning. The workman told me Lowe's did not have the usual seals for the doors and he had to get them from Home Depot who had a slightly larger brand. As a result the doors are more difficult to close and my Security Alarm has a continuous fault on one of the doors which requires me to pay to have them come out for a service call. I have not had a follow-up from Triangle Reconstruction and don't plan to use them again.

Description of Work: Triangle Reconstruction leveled our floor by installing new concrete block support columns and steel screw jacks in our crawl space. Additionally they rebuild a portion of a curtain wall that had been destroyed by erosion. Finally they removed and replaced crawl space insulation and installed a vapor barrier. | |It went very well. We were always kept in the communications loop. Rob and his employees made every effort to accomplish our goals and keep us aware of developments.

Description of Work: I had him check out my crawlspace. Some fungus was found on the floor joists and we discussed how it could be fixed. I tried to get more information approx. a week later and was directed to the invoice that was emailed me. It didn't answer my specific questions. I got a couple of other estimates and decided to go with a company that seemed to have a better plan for my situation even though their estimate was more. Ely was professional and very likeable, but --- I went with a more aggressive treatment as I am thinking of selling my house in the near future.
