Description of Work: They added a dehumidifier under my crawl space. They also for no extra cost sealed my crawl space door AND added a humidifier analyzer so that I can see the effects of the de-humidifier. This job also included sealing every vent into the house. At every turn they went above and beyond to be sure the work was done well. Last year they painted kilz down their and re-did the plastic cover over the ground. Excellent work!

Description of Work: After consulting with company they ended up doing added service which we were very please with. It has been quite awhile ago so I can't remember all of the details.

Description of Work: Removed old liner/debris in crawl space; installed new vapor barrier; sealed crawl space vents; rehung falling insulation batts with tiger teeth.

Description of Work: They were awesome! They came out and cleared out the crawlspace, really well done work! The crawlspace looks great and secure.

Description of Work: They installed a vapor barrier in our crawl space. I can't remember the exact price -- I estimated above. There were late on the installation date but apologized for the delay. Because they worked in the crawl space, they didn't disturb the household. It was incidental that I had to have another provider come out to that crawl space for some central vac work few days later. That provider remarked how clean and well-done the crawl-space was: "Whoever did that crawl space did a really good job and deserves an A+! And I've seen a lot of crawlspaces!" He said. The comment was spontaneous. He specifically mentioned the thickness of the barrier, weighted overlay, and that the floor was covered completely. (I've never had anybody compliment me on my crawl space before.)

Description of Work: They came to the house somewhat reluctantly due to distance (house in Rocky Mount, NC) and did give an estimate. I received the estimate in record time but it is my opinion that this company should be hired for large, complex jobs - even commercial jobs. The estimate given was waaay too high for what was needed for this single-family house project. I have found another company who can give me what I'm looking for.

Description of Work: Overall, they did a good job. I was surprised at the cost, but was pleased with the work and effort. I rated a B for quality & overall mainly because I had to do a couple of call-backs to understand when they would come to complete some items we agreed & identify location of the pre-fab vent in the crawlspace. I would use them again, and they've committed to be responsive in the future for anything regarding the crawlspace (e.g. pest control/termite inspections requiring repair in the underlayment and/or foam board). I expect I'll be following up on this in the coming years.

Description of Work: Bryan from Triangle Reconstruction came out after we bought a Big Deal for Crawl Space Encapsulation and gave us a total estimate. Because our crawl space was a little bigger than the area covered by the big deal, and we had them replace some additional insulation, the total ended up being about twice the cost of the big deal - but we basically got the "Cadillac" of crawl space encapsulations for just a little more than we would have paid for just the basic version of what we needed. All in all, we enjoyed working with Bryan and feel that the work they did was good quality. Communication was okay, sometimes slow, but they took the time to listen and answer our questions throughout the process. The price was a little higher than we would have liked, but as I said, I think we got the top of the line for a reasonable price. And they were very fair - when they didn't end up doing a part like they originally anticipated, they took that portion off our bill. Altogether, I would recommend them and we will likely have them come back and do some more work in our attic down the road.

Description of Work: Treat crawl space for mold on the wood and lay down plastic. They missed some spots on the first treatment but were very responsive applying a second treatment to make sure they hit all the areas and wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
