Description of Work: Crawl space: Removed existing insulation, sprayed surfaces with mold/mildew killer, installed new insulation and vapor barrier. |Basement: Installed a French drain and sump pump in the basement and a drainage line to an outside area. | |Drew, the representative with whom we worked, was very professional and accommodating, and the workers cleaned up the job sites well. The end products look great. | |Unfortunately, there were problems with workers not showing up as scheduled to meet my husband for the purpose of resolving concerns. | |My husband made two trips (1 hour one way) to the rental house to meet workers about three small areas where mold possibly still existed in the crawl space, and no one showed up either time. Later, after my husband had passed along pictures and measurements to Drew, our tenant confirmed that someone came and resprayed the areas. | |Also, the first drain pipe that was put down outside of the basement was not done according to contract specifications. At our request, Drew scheduled someone to meet my husband at the house so that he could make sure the pipe was relaid properly. Unfortunately, that worker didn't show up either. After some phone calls to Drew, an unhappy worker came and relaid the pipe. |

Description of Work: Installed vapor barrier in crawlspace and sealed of Vance

Description of Work: Inspected crawl space and found water leak that we didn't know was there. Provided tips for keeping crawl space moisture free. Removed all items stored in crawl space and old plastic covering, laid down heavier plastic moisture barrier (which was recommended as better, longer lasting one than in advertised deal, thus much more expensive. Also showed that installation method of old moisture barrier had left areas uncovered, so their installation corrected that. Very pleased with service even though much more expensive than deal paid for it initially.

Description of Work: Triangle reconstruction sprayed the mold under my house and then they laid a moisture barrier down. They did an excellent job and both the people I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time. They were honest with me and did not try to sell extra stuff to me. I would recommend them to everyone. Truly wonderful people and business!!!!
