Cost way too much for what i got.

I knew to complete the barrier I would pay more. What I didn't expect was the cost of putting a little water barrier paint on two small portions of the interior walls. Cost a lot more than I expected.

The company is very professional and completed the project on the day promised. They took away the old plastic and left a very tidy crawl space behind.. When they could not arrive at the time I expected due to a more complicated appointment before mine, they were very apologetic and made a financial adjustment for my trouble. I am happy they offered this service on Angie's List because it really gives me peace of mind that my crawl space is now in excellent shape.

Initially did not have a great experience with the company but they totally came through. the owner came out and personally did the full crawl space inspection. Very satisfied.

He was prompt in replying to my request and came late in the day when many providers would have postponed the job. The Big Deal offer was adapted to reflect I already had plastic cover on the ground (new home) and the charge for treating and covering the fungus was greatly reduced. Since neighbors are having moisture and drainage problems I thought it wise to purchase the Big Deal for peace of mind . It was a great investment. Rob Ayscue was professional, courteous, and provides top-notch services.

Since the deal was $149 for 500 sq ft , I knew the deal would not cover my crawl space. I had 2003 sq ft. So the final bill came to $886. The men were on time, very personable, did a good job and cleaned up after it was done. The job will be guaranteed for 1 year and the materials should last for 15 - 20 years. I would recommend them but know that it is expensive to get the job done.

Rob came out within two days for consultation and was able to do the work within 5 days. Price was fair . And stayed to make sure everything was working properly. While replacing some of the insulation the cable connection was disturbed and not working in 2 bedrooms. He found the problem and repaired it. Very professional and humidity level has dropped substantially in week. Would recommend him

I called Rob for an estimate and he was available within a day to come and look my problem. Other basement/crawlspace companies gave me a slot over two weeks out. Rob took a detailed look at the crawlspace and measured my wood water content as 24%. He suggested installing a dehumidifier and sealing the vents to control the problem. He gave me a fair price and scheduled the work quickly (5 days later). Rob and his crew did a great job on the install and the moisture level in the crawlspace has already dropped considerably after only about a week. Thanks!

Last year I installed hardwood floors in my home and discovered that they had cupped due to moisture coming from my crawlspace through my subfloor. After researching the problem I discovered that my home is essentially a large chimney because most of the airflow travels from the outside environment, through the crawlspace and up into my living area. I spoke to several companies who perform crawlspace moisture abatement. Most wanted to encapsulate the entire crawlspace to alleviate my wet crawlspace problem. Unfortunately, the cost to perform such work is rather expensive. Mr. Ayscue, from Triangle Reconstruction offered me a lower cost alternative. Rather than entirely encapsulating my crawlspace, he would waterproof and seal all foundation vents to prevent more moisture from entering my crawlspace then install a dehumidifier unit. The total cost was one-third what other companies would have charged for full encapsulation. One week after Mr. Ayscue completed the work on my crawlspace, I contacted him to install additional insulation in my crawlspace and to recheck the humidity levels in my crawlspace. He came back as promised, installed the insulation and rechecked the humidity levels. It has been about one week after Mr. Ayscue's work on my crawlspace. My hardwood floors are now beginning to lay back down! I no longer smell the musty odor of mold and mildew. It's even more comfortable to move around in my crawlspace. I would recommend Mr. Ayscue's company, Triangle Reconstruction for this work! I believe his lower cost alternative to a full crawlspace encapsulation works for me!

Due to the recent excessive rain, a corner of my crawlspace was wet due to the clogging of the drain pipe in the yard. I called several contractors and Rob was quick to come and provided suggestions for the fix. The crew came on time to install the new vapor barrier and de-humidifier. To solve the clogged drain, they installed new 20' drainage pipe. In addition, we found that two other drain pipe installed by the builder was not properly connected to the original drain, causing standing water at the french drain place. Rob had those two pipes connected to the new drain pipe and fixed the problem which otherwise will be unnoticed. Overall I would strongly recommend them to you for their very professional service and very high quality work.

They did a very nice job. They showed up on time and ran into some issues with roots but were still able to stay on task. It was a one-day job and they got it done on time.

Rob Ayscue was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained the installation process in detail and answered all of our questions. The installation process only took a few hours. Based on other estimates I got, the price he quoted for everything seemed fair and about what you would expect for this service. I would use Triangle Reconstruction on future projects.
