Triangle Reconstruction

Experience went well. Owner Rob Ayscue inspected and drew up the quote personally. Crew was on-time and completed the job within the time frame they detailed. I had an issue with some of the work done. Rob came over and personally did the work to my satisfaction. Good people. Fair price. Quality work and they care about customer satisfaction.

Due to a staff change my job was inadvertently not done. But as soon as Robert was made aware of this situation he and Eli arrived at my house and did a superb job.

It went pretty well, they just did an inspection for us.

Robert immediately responded when he found out that my job had not been completed. He and Eli did a great job.

It went well. The two gentlemen that came out were nice. They did an efficient job and everything looks good.

In the end it worked out okay. We did have some scheduling issues with them. The inspector stayed in touch with me, since we didn’t need the job done right away. He came and did the initial assessment; but we didn’t need very much work done. There was nothing more to pay for the insulation. It was hard to then get a crew out to come do the work; we had 2 missed dates, but it finally got done. The insulation made a difference and one room that we had insulated is now warmer in the winter; So it worked out well.

They first inspected the crawlspace and then completed the work in a couple days. He was good.

Rob is easy to work with and provides good information about the project and the work to be performed. He inspects the work himself to make sure it was executed properly and takes action as needed. One refreshing aspect is that no payment is collected until the work is completed and you are satisfied - how many contractors do that!? - most want 50% that you give up and hope for the best. Rob delivers first! Rob also said he would install a dehumidifier for a couple of weeks (at no additional charge) to help assure everything is dry after the project but that has not been done yet. We would not hesitate to use Triangle Reconstruction again!

Great job! My tenant was pleased with the work performed.

My experience was okay. He came on time for the appointment. The technician was nice and professional. I did not think the service turned out to be a good value. More specifically, the technician caulked around some windows and replaced weather-stripping on some of my doors, but did not really evaluate whether I still had air leaks (I do) and try to correct the problem.

They did a very good job. It was done very well, on time, and clean.

Triangle Reconstruction did a great job. From the scheduling to the actual inspection, everything was communicated clearly and they have outstanding advice and recommendations. Provided detailed estimates for vapor barriers and would definitely recommend them in the future.

Everything went well. The techs were professional and really know what he was doing.

I told him I had to have it done in the next three weeks, since I will be out of town after that. I have never received anything else from him, nor has the job been scheduled.

Eli and Rob run a great business. They were willing to take on a couple of other small jobs at my house too. I was glad that I purchased the winterization package.

These guys are TERRIBLE as far as PUNCTUATION goes. - The appointment for estimate at 9:30 but he never call or show up, we have to call and remind him. he finally show up 2 hrs late. - The day for the repair was set at 9:30, We waited and waited .... Called them at 10:30, he said the worker should be there in 15". We waited and waited.... and called him again at 11:30. He said " let me find out and I will call you back in 15" We waited and wated...... He finally called back at 1 pm and said the worker will be there in another hr. We wasted the whole day.

Triangle Reconstruction was a very professional team that provided excellent service and quality. Although they had an employee move to a new job during my project, Rob (owner) jumped in and provide the required quality review. The initial group did miss some things, but Rob had the team come back in a very timely manner and fix all the items missed. My crawl space is now a very mold free, dry, heated area that will provide a solid foundation for my home. I would recommend Triangle Reconstruction to anyone looking to improve their crawl space. john

I had quotes to encapsulate my crawl space that were three times what Triangle Reconstruction actually charged me. I had a dampness problem and encapsulating was the best long term solution. His people arrived on time and completed the job within five days. A new vent had to be installed on my HVAC system. The new vent threw off the air flow balance in the downstairs portion of my house.. I finally had to personally call the HVAC person to get him out to correct it. He did not respond to the email sent to him from Triangle asking him to contact me to correct the problem. However, once I called, he came the same day and did an excellent job in correcting the problem. Overall I had a very good experience with Rob and Eli. They were honest and responsive to my questions. I plan to pay for the yearly maintenance plan they offer to continue the guarantee after the one year warranty.

It went great, no mold was found, despite my feeling that there was mold. Everything was explained to me, including why I smelled what I thought was mold (stale air), and what to do about it. I would recommend them to anyone, they were honest and did well in explaining everything!

Rob's team did a great job overall. House is ~3000 Sq Ft on 2 levels so the crawl space was about 1500 sq ft. He provides a list of what they will do during the estimate and what materials he will use, etc. The materials (plastic tarp, at least) was a better quality than other quotes. Originally the job was scheduled to take about a day and half.. but due to scheduling issues, his team (2 guys) ended up doing it in one very long day. Rob came back later to inspect it and do any final touch ups and the crawl space looks great. They removed all the old insulation (a lot of it!) and cleaned up the work space completely when they were done. One thing to note, if you care about exact date and/or times, you should be pro-active in checking-in before the estimate date/ install date to confirm things. I don't think he has an assistant/office manager to keep up with those kind of tasks. But he is very nice and was very accommodating of our schedule. We did this because I could smell something at our kitchen sink during the summer months and I really think it was the crawl space. I won't be able to verify exactly that the odor is gone until this summer, but the crawl space itself doesn't smell anymore so I have a good feeling! I would also like to say the house feels warmer, but again, not sure if it's actual or in my mind just yet. Will compare electric & heating bills over time and see. We would definitely use this company again.

We got an Amazon Local deal for $99 for a vapor barrier installation (up to 500 or 1,000 square feet.....I don't remember). Someone from Triangle Reconstruction came out, looked over our crawl space and measured everything out and then gave us the overview for the cost for the remaining portion of our crawl space (that went beyond the amount covered by the Amazon Local deal). I think that we ended up paying $500 or $600 for the full job. It seemed like a fair price for the service. They removed our existing vapor barrier and hauled it away and then they installed the new, thick vapor barrier. The quality of the barrier and workmanship seem very good. They tacked it into place in quite a few spots to secure everything and they seemed very knowledgeable about everything. We also got a 1-year warranty on the vapor barrier, which covers everything, even including any accidental rips that we might cause if we did any work under the house. Overall, very happy.

Through your website, we settled on December 16th between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to complete the job. By 11:00 a.m. when no one showed or called, I called and spoke with Eli. He checked the schedule and was showing an afternoon time. I was not very happy as I had arranged my day to be at home in the morning. He said that he would offer a 10% discount for my trouble and that someone would be out around 2:00 p.m. At about 2:10 p.m. Eli arrived and informed me that the installer had been delayed and that he was going to do the job himself and because of the inconvenience of the day, he was not going to charge me the additional $221.00. Needless to say I was speechless. Not only did he turn a negative into a positive, he did a great job. Triangle Reconstruction brought back the almost unheard of "taking pride in their work" and valuing their customers. I will definitely continue to recommend Triangle Reconstruction.
