Took my money($1879) and never showed up for work. Looks like a contractor turned into a fraudster. My money is still not refunded even with my threats to file complaint to DA, police and court. I will finally have to sue the company and Leo Croes, the owner. I had work done with them before and was happy, that is why I paid the whole asking price when Leo Croes asked for it. Once the check is cashed, Leo claimed that his worker was sick the first day, the next day was still sick, then they were busy on something, then promised work to be done the same day, then promise after promise, but never showed up. I eventually fed up and terminated the contract after two weeks, demanded a refund. Guess what, promise after promise, no money yet to be refunded. I looked at recent google review on this company, looks like my experience is not alone. The company used to have a lot of good reviews, now seems to be in trouble.

I've been using TCS for both new installs and cleaning on my rental properties for the past 4 years. Their service has been perfect each time! Their prices are fair and they always show up on time and do quality work! Today's install was business as usual. They showed up on time, did a great install and thorough cleanup and even repaired a section of carpeting on the stairs other installers would have charge extra for. Thanks for the great service!

They replied to my email response right away; set up the appointment, and were on time. It was a crew of 4 men with a supervisor who stayed the whole time. THey were done in 45 minutes and left no mess. Emailed me a receipt on the spot. I would definitely use them again.

Great! They arrived on time and were very friendly. The carpets look and smell great. Met my expectations.

Scheduling the cleaning was easy and they were able to set a time and date quickly. The cleaner arrived on time and was a nice fellow. He managed moving the equipment into the house with a minimal amount of damage to the flower bed and no damage to the walls up the stairs or in any of the rooms. Cleaning of the stairs was added at the time of the cleaning and was happy to do it. The carpet was not as dry after cleaning as I expected and had to turn on fans to expedite the drying. Also had to use towels to draw the water out of the stair carpet. Maybe I got what I paid for - a cheap deal.

One of the areas treated had badly deteriorated due to pet damage and the underflooring around a heating vent was replaced. It was an excellent job overall and I am very pleased with the result.

They came on time. They did a great job. They moved my furniture and moved it back.

Everyone was on time and very responsive. Only one small issue. To install the vinyl in the bathroom they removed a door stopper. This resulted in hook on the the bathroom door punching a hole through my drywall. Without argument or pause they offered to take 50.00 off the total bill. More than fair. Would gladly recommend and use their services again.

I've used Triangle Carpet Specialists 3 times over the last month on rental properties that I own. In each case they showed up on time or a few minutes early. The carpet steam cleaning was the best I've ever had - you could really feel the steam throughout the house. When I've had carpet installed the estimate was an exact match to the final cost. The workers were very fast and were very careful to cleanup and move furniture back into place. The finish quality was great. I highly recommend Triangle Carpet Specialists.

They did an amazing job. This is a family business. I trusted them so much, that I left them with my keys while I went to a meeting and let them lock up when they were done. They have good quality work, and are excellent to work with. I will not use anyone else to do my carpets.
