The Junkluggers of The Triangle

The crew arrived on time and went straight to work on our cleanout. Jon, who is the owner, honored is not to exceed estimate. These are available after he sees your job or pictures of the work to be done. Dealing with Junkliuggers has been the best thing so far about dealing with the mess and damage these tenants left.

Excellent, painless and efficient

Jon was absolutely wonderful with his communication, I was in a 9:00 - 11:00 window and he called me at 8:45 to tell me it would be closer to the back end of the window. Also as it was just a bed frame, instead of bringing a big truck he brought a pickup instead - much appreciated. He again followed up with a second phone call to tell me he was on his way 30 minutes out. So often you get put into these service windows and the communication is poor, so his great communication was genuinely appreciated. Jon arrived promptly, I directed him to the back of the house where he backed in the driveway and very easily loaded the bed frame into the pickup where he said he would certainly try to find a home to donate it. They are an eco-friendly business which is personally something that I love. They are really a great find. Super friendly and personable and left with a lot of good faith my stuff was going to end up in a good place. Would certainly use again if I never need anything else hauled away.

It went wonderful. Gave them a time I would be home. They were there 5 minutes after I got home. Being a divorced Dad, with 3 kids and a fulltime job, I just didn't have the time. It would have taken me at least 4 loads in a pickup. This Company showed up and POOF!. Within 20 minutes, all was gone! Very reasonable pricing, great service, and on time. They do what they say they will do! I highly recommend this Company. My deck looks HUGE now.

As described above everything went perfectly and we already have our donation receipt. Will definitely use Junkluggers again.

Exactly on time, fair price, did everything neatly, quick, and incredibly friendly. Not a single mark on the walls, stairway, or door frames. It's great knowing that very little ends up at the dump and even better getting the donation receipts.
