We recently purchased a home with an above ground pool that looked like it had not been used in years. pool was full of leaves and debris. Shelby came out on 6-18-14 told me I would have to replace the liner and pump, and scheduled service for 7-1-14. He showed up promptly on 7-1 took out the old liner, and pump and replaced them. We had water scheduled to be delivered at 4pm. All went well so he was ready before the water was scheduled, he waited for the water truck. Once the first load was delivered, he instructed me on what to do once the second load delivered. He tested the water and added chemicals as needed. After the second load delivered and we turned the pump on there was a leak. We called Aqua squad to let them know. Shelby returned within 30 minutes and fixed all the leaks on the new pump. Old liner and pump was taken away, u couldn't even tell what a mess it was to start with. He also gave us full instructions on how to maintain and what to do to close for the winter. We love our and quot;new pooland quot;. THANKS AQUA SQUAD!!!!!

Excellent. Shelby replaced the controller board for me and then went out of his way to call Hayward to re-establish communication with the smart controller. Heater worked. Could control from inside the house again. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

They quickly identified that my sand filter had to be changed. They came a first time, spent some time going with me through my different numbers (PH, CA, FC, CYA, etc), looked carefully at my water system, then explained why they thought that the culprit might be my sand. They ordered sand and a part that was to be replaced, and came back to make the change. Throughout the process, they took great care to explain what they were doing, and why they were doing it. They also helped me recognize the signs that sand needs to be changed (which should not happen for quite a few years now). They also spent time explaining how to best use my system, and what levels were optimal for my pool type and system specifics. It has been 2 days now, and my water is back to crystal clear. Problem solved. For the money I would have paid buying the sand alone in a store, I also got the parts fixed and the job done, plus I know a lot more than before they came. Definitely a great squad!

These guys were great! I was given a Hot Tub by a friend. I had gotten a post card from them and called for info. They told me all the things that I would need before, I could begin enjoying my Hot Tub. They recommended a cement pad foundation (and a cement vendor, Mark Cole), an electrician (Phil Poythress) to set up the special electric line. and a deck builder(haven't contacted yet) to eventuall surround the tub with. They also showed me how to operate and how to properly care for the tub. But to be safe ( I travel alot) I think I will let them perform the their weekly service, They were on time, professional (uniformed shirts) and courteous.
