Techniques is Roger Bushee's (last name pronounced 'bew-SHAY') HVAC company. He works by himself, with a couple guys under him. Over the last 10 yrs. or so, I've used Techniques to to redo almost every bit of HVAC in my home. Roger is excellent in every area, and I whole-heartedly and without reservation recommend him. He approaches problems from an engineering perspective, and looks at the hvac system as a whole and not just one part of it. I had problems with my heating and a/c that originated from the house's original design. In consultation with Roger, and over the course of several years, we addressed one problem after another. These were not easy problems to solve either. He's professional, knowledgeable, and does great work. He doesn't advertise, since he's 100%+ booked with word-of-mouth referrals. If there's one negative about hiring Roger, it's the fact that he gets really busy in the summertime, and has to prioritize his work according to urgency. This is a problem with 1-man companies, in general. But if you have major HVAC work to do, get Roger during the slow season. I can't guarantee that he's taking new customers, but I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed with his work.

It was excellent, he definitely knew the HVAC, very personable, and very honest. Roger Bushee is an excellent source for all your heating and air conditioning needs, he's very knowledgeable, very friendly, very prompt and honest.
