Awesome! Submitted request yesterday and Natalie scheduled for today. Natalie was very accommodating, not requiring someone to be home. Workers arrived punctually and got to work right away. They did an excellent job including cleaning the debris. They were also very considerate of the plants and deck furniture. We've used them in the past and will continue to do so.

Natalie provided a quote on Monday and her crew performed the service on Wednesday. Due to the incredibly cold weather, we thought the cleaning would have to wait but the Superior crew wanted to get the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned incredibly full gutters and removed all debris from the downspouts. Not sure when the gutters were last cleaned (we just purchased the home) and the downspouts are a nightmare. The Superior crew actually used a pressure washers to remove the debris. I was shocked they went to that length to get the debris out. They then spent an hour cleaning up the thousands of leaves that came off the roof and out of the gutters. The roof and gutters look 100% better. I got some additional quotes from Natalie and plan to use Superior again. Highly recommend!

They did a great job! I thought the pricing was a little high, but when I compared them to other people I felt they were fair because we have a big long driveway and a two and a half story home.

Superior Power Washing did an outstanding job on our house, especially removing the stains and mold on the roof. They were able to come on a short notice (which we greatly appreciated) and made the house look like new! All the stains and mold were removed from the roof ?which we didn't know if it would be possible. We were more than pleased with their work! ?Highly recommend them!!!

They made it very easy. I called them on a Tuesday and they did the job the following Thursday. I left them a check and did not have to be there when they did the job. I checked things out when I got home and everything looked fine.

They are easy to work with and they did a very good job. The roof looks good and the house looks great. A neighbor recommended them to me. The price was good because my house is a decent size. They came and did the job and left, they did not leave a mess. They did what I wanted and what I expected. It was worth my money. If you pay by credit card, they add a certain percentage. They add a small percentage to cover their credit card charges.

Within 30 minutes of making the initial call there was a representative ringing my doorbell. She promptly estimated the job and we agreed on a price. I was expecting the crew to come the next day but they actually arrived later that same afternoon. The two-man crew did an excellent job on all areas and finished in a couple of hours. This is the second time we have used this company and they are the only company I will call in the future for this type of service. Super-fast response time, professional work ethic, and we are always happy with the results.

Prompt, professional service. Excellent cost. When I contacted the company, I got the owner who scheduled something quickly. They honored the Angie's List coupon and did exactly what they advertised and were asked to do plus a bit more. I will be hiring them again and recommend their services.

We have used Superior Power Washing Llc several times and could not be more pleased with their service. They are extremely responsive and I never have an issue making an appointment. They provide prompt service at a very reasonable price. Our gutters are completely clear and they cleaned up everything afterwards. They even took the time to clean off extra pine straw from our deck. It was GREATLY appreciated and above our expectations. Highly recommend!

The two guys that showed up on time, started the job right away. They were 100% professional and knowledgeable and did such a fine job that someone asked me if the house was just painted. The driveway and walkway looked brand new. Without any hesitation I would use this service again and highly recommend them.

I got the quote to powerwash and clean the gutters $300 on the phone (as always). They showed up and told me the decks and front porch were not included and they needed another $240 to do the work and that the bundle price of $65 for the gutters was now $100 since I opted out of this price and was going to get another bid. Mark's excuse was "I need to make more money" whenI asked why I did not get a complete price for the work he told me "we always do not include the decks or railings in full house powerwashes". This was fumbled. His guys were already cleaning the gutters (a 10 minute job) so I offered to pay him what I had paid for years (btw $50-$65 -I usually run around and get all the neighbors to do their gutters at the same time for a good price - without neighbors is $65). Mark wanted $100 for the gutters and kept asking me for Sq Footage of my house. I told him I would give him what I have paid him for the past 8 years -and gave them $65 and sent them home. This was so poorly executed I get it he now has his sister working for him to pay but to double prices on the spot - I stayed home from work and this was a waste of time. ALSO his web site claims he is an Angie List Gold Star -- preferred vendor - well he is NOT even on IT!

We have used Mark Cespedes Superior Powerwashing services on a regular basis over 12 years and will continue to do so. For gutter-cleaning his team is careful not to damage the gutters and shingles and does a thorough job of cleaning the gutter - even those that are "high-up." They leave NO mess on the ground and are FAST! Powerwashing is similarly thorough but gentle so as not to damage the wood of a deck, and they even catch dirt that is on nearby portions of the house. They are willing to do the entire house, but will adjust to whatever you want them to do. The deck staining is complete - they miss nothing! They use high-quality TWP (Total Wood Protectant) which gets high ratings. They also cover whatever is below one's deck (if there is something that you do not want drips on), and they clean up any drips that are bound to happen before everything is complete dry, but they've removed their tarps. For screen porches, they leave no stain on the screens (but will spray through the screen to reach wood balusters - if you ask them to - and they'll wipe the screen clean afterwards.) If, on the other hand, you prefer them not to spray through the screen (because the balusters are already protected or you believe that vertical surfaces are mostly okay without stain), they won't spray through the screens. In other words, Mark and his team do an exceptional, professional, friendly job and accommodate their customers needs and all at reasonable prices! Highly recommended!

Mark was able to stop by the house and leave a written estimate on the same day I called - his price was very reasonable, so I scheduled power washing and deck staining services for two separate days. I wasn't here for the 1st appointment, but the power washing was thorough, they used care in moving a grill and light patio furniture out of the way, and there was no debris or damage left behind. They returned a few days later to stain the decks - I am happy with the color and quality of stain they use, and the decks look much better now! My one criticism is that the decks were not blown off on the day of staining, resulting in some dog hair and other debris being painted over and sticking until the first rain washed it all clean (this was temporary and not a big deal, but something to pay attention to in the future). Overall, I am very pleased with their professionalism, the value and pricing of their services, and how nice the house and decks looked afterwards - I will definitely use them again!

Never been disappointed with them. Sometimes takes a few hours to get a call back but no big deal. Mark gets his guys in qucik and they work steady until teh work is done. I first called to get the drive washed and ended up getting a quote on painting my exterior. The bid was below other companies and I took a chance. Glad I did. After that they also painted a few rooms inside. Also have cleaned my gutters. Always pleased.

I had used Superior two years ago and was very pleased with the power wash service and price, so I called Mark and scheduled them again. I have painted wood siding with extensive porches with railings, a carport/storage shed and a trellis all attached to my house. Mark scheduled me two weeks out, but called the morning of the appointment to say that they were running behind due to a truck breakdown the day before. He was able to get me scheduled later in the day, so it worked out. They did a nice job in getting the pollen and grime off of my house and railings. Be aware that they use Clorox agents and it you have any leaking windows or doors (I do), then you need to prepare for that. The pressure is enough to force water through any small spaces. I was surprised the first time when the chlorox bleached a spot on a bedroom carpet under a window.

They scheduled me about 10 days out. They were supposed to do my house and another friends house today. They didn't call to confirm, they didn't show up, nor did they call to tell me they weren't coming. Not good.

This is the second time we have used them, called them on Saturday and they came out on monday afternoon. Crew showed up with a truck and trailer with pumps and power wash gear. They got to work and finished in about 3 hours. Looks great. Used orbital scrubbers on the concrete with good results. This is the second time we have used then and their price was fair. We have also had them stain the deck in the past and they did a great job there as well. Plan on using then in the future.

I was selling my house and hired a photograph so that pictures could be posted after the cleaning. These pressure cleaning guys did not respect the time set up (Appointment on Friday). They showed up late after 3 PM when the job was supposed to be done between 2 and 3 PM. Me and my sister kept calling them and they did not respond. Until 7:00 PM, they did not report their job. They did showed up only on Saturday and unfortunately they did quite a good job otherwise except a piece of it. They did not care about my property. They damaged my shed and I was very mad of them. They were supposed to come back for a free job to fix that, but nothing special was offered.

Could not be happier with the work done! My boyfriend recommended this company based on them washing his house in the past. The only B grade I give them was on initial responsiveness as when I first contacted for a quote I got a response but then no one showed up. A couple weeks later Natalie from Superior called and apologized and said there was a family emergency that caused them to be delayed but that she was in Durham and was hoping she could stop by and quote me. Ironically I was just about to call another company that day to hire them after receiving 3 other quotes. Since my boyfriend highly recommended I agreed to have her come by and I am so glad I did. Their quote was by far the most reasonable and she even had paint samples to show me for the patio paint in her car (no other vendor I looked at had that with them). I hired them that same day and the very next day they were at my house to do all the power washing. A couple days later someone came out to do the painting of the fence and patio. The quality of all the work was great and the guy who painted my patio did it with a hand brush which was quite tedious for him but definitely was a better job than if he had just quickly used a roller. I was really happy with the amount of time they put into the work and was happy to pay them the quoted price when the job was complete. I will definitely hire again!

We were very pleased with the service provided. We have had our deck pressure washed in the past, but never our driveway. After the service, our driveway looked like it was new. The gutters were cleaned and there was no debris left on the ground. We would happily use Superior again and plan too.
